Just had a Valliant combi boiler installed. Michael was very accommodating in coming around at short notice when our old boiler stopped working. He was very helpful with his advice and knowledge. Installation was completed painlessly and on time. Michael and his apprentice David were very pleasant to deal with, punctual and performed tasks efficiently, with no mess and little disruption. I am very happy with the work performed and would not hesitate to recommend Your Plumbing to anyone looking for similar services.

"Your Plumbing" converted our heating and water system from a back boiler with hot water tank to a pressurised Combi Boiler. The conversion necessitated the relocation of the boiler and demanded a rerouting of pipe work. We were given a thorough explanation of the work to be done and during the installation if there were options/snags we were informed and consulted. On completion we were amazed by the neatness of the pipework and greatly appreciated the effort that had been made to accommodate our particular wishes. Furthermore we were extremely impressed by the rigorous cleaning (de-gunging) of our original pipes. This took hours with sampling at regular intervals. We have decided that whatever our plumbing needs in the future we will stick with "Your Plumbing."

When looking to replace our 35 year old central heating boiler, we noticed that not only was Michael an approved Vaillant installer, he was also the only Which? approved installer in our local area. We immediately called him for advice, and how glad we were! He gave us excellent and intelligent advice, with a number of options. Our new boiler has been installed, with a minimum of fuss, given the age of our existing system. His workmanship is exemplary, and dealing with him has been a pleasure. We will definitely be using his services again for future projects in our home. We highly recommend his services!

We noticed a leak from our floor standing combi boiler, which as it was in the upstairs en-suite, and kept losing pressure and causing significant water pooling on floor. We had been recommended Your Plumbing who attended promptly, identified the issue quickly and repaired the part. Michael kept me informed at all times as to what the issues was and also was able to explain how best to maintain the boiler moving forward. Very reasonable cost. Would highly recommend him.

Excellent service from Michael @ Your Plumbing. From initial survey and quotation it was apparent that he is looking out for the customer. Each suggestion based on provided best short and long term value to the consumer. Installation was superb with the time taken to take real pride in the work rather than just throwing it on the wall. Clear and concise handover running through the controls and the vSmart product. Very comforting to know he is a phone call away for any issues and the 10 year warranty gives peace of mind. Michael has serviced our Worcester Bosch combi boiler for several years. More recently, he dealt with a leak from it. We have always found him thorough and reliable. It is clear from his explanations that he is very well informed about the evolving technology, and he is pleasant and professional. Not in a position to give an informed opinion about “value”, I have absolute confidence in Michael’s competence and integrity.

Very efficient, friendly and informative with regards to all the work he did for us. Happy to do an extra job after we'd initially requested a tap replacement and also did a little bit of improvement work on some of the existing plumbing. Very good value and would definitely recommend!

Michael recently installed a new boiler and fitted new radiators one of which was a vertical to replace older ones. I'm really pleased with the end result the radiators look great and I appreciate the effort that went into attaching the vertical one...it wasn't an easy wall! This is the second time I have used your plumbing and would highly recommend the company. Excellent advice and information on everything from the choices of boilers to the scope of the APP to control the heating. Michael provided a detailed, accurate and competitive quote. A professional service, friendly and reliable! Michael even patched up the external brickwork from the old boiler and did an excellent job you would never know there had been a hole there it blended into the original brickwork really well. Excellent communication throughout the fitting taking time to explain everything and flexible when I couldn't get back before 5pm/5.30pm due to work. It's difficult to find a good plumber/tradesperson and would definitely use your plumbing again in the future. Thank you!

Had a new boiler installed whilst away on holiday. We were going to be without heating and water for 2 days so it made sense to have the work done whilst away. Left a key with Michael so he could do the job. Also replaced radiator valves had the system flushed a Magna Clean installed. Came back to a clean and tidy hot house. Also had a new thermostat that you can control from your smart phone, it is excellent. Micheal was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I need too.
