Michael has serviced our Worcester Bosch combi boiler for several years. More recently, he dealt with a leak from it. We have always found him thorough and reliable. It is clear from his explanations that he is very well informed about the evolving technology, and he is pleasant and professional. Not in a position to give an informed opinion about “value”, I have absolute confidence in Michael’s competence and integrity.

Excellent service from Michael @ Your Plumbing. From initial survey and quotation it was apparent that he is looking out for the customer. Each suggestion based on provided best short and long term value to the consumer. Installation was superb with the time taken to take real pride in the work rather than just throwing it on the wall. Clear and concise handover running through the controls and the vSmart product. Very comforting to know he is a phone call away for any issues and the 10 year warranty gives peace of mind. Would recommended and will continue to use for any plumbing requirements in the future.

Michael is our regular plumber and attended to the Vaillant annual boiler service. As always he carried out everything methodically with complete attention to detail to ensure that the servicing was undertaken fully in accordance with Vaillant's procedures. Work included:- - Full strip and clean of primary heat exchanger - changing of water pressure sensor (under warranty) - Primary heat cell G10 seal changed. - change of Condensate+ cartridge. - He also checked out our unvented hot water cylinder where the cylinder expansion vessels needed draining and recharging. Michael is very professional and always leaves the workplace clean and tidy and me the customer satisfied that he has carried out everything very competently.

Michael replaced my 15 year old boiler flushed the system and checked that the system was in good order. Michael is very knowledgeable and explained the process and technicalities in a way I could understand It took some time to get the job booked in after intial assessment but covid had created a backlog . His costs were also very reasonable and he gave me clear itemised quotes Michael was punctual.hardworking and was very tidy I felt very concomfortable talking to him. He runs an honest and trustworthy business. He will be returning next year to tackle phase 2 updating radiators . I highly recommend his work.

Michael fitted a new boiler for us this week. He has upgraded our old boiler which a more efficient one with a very fancy control panel which we love. The first thing I must say about Michael is he is very neat and tidy and respectful whilst working in your home (so many trades people aren't). His work cannot be faulted and the pride he takes in even the smallest detail is commendable. 100% would enthusiastically recommend to everyone and anyone! My boiler died recently and I got a few people in to quote and advise. By a country mile, YourPlumbing were the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional outfit. The quote they provided was comparable to the other two, but the attention to detail and professionalism was head and shoulders above. Michael clearly knows his stuff, is extremely proud of his workmanship and it shows! He was happy to explain everything, always providing a choice allowing me to make informed decisions but also making some recommendations where I wasn't sure. He turned up on time, kept his work area clean and organised, so much so that we were able to carry on normal life around him, which with two kids and a dog is saying something! At one point he even highlighted a part of the job he quoted for, which he had discovered was no longer, and reduced his quote on the basis it wouldn't take him as long. When was the last time you heard of that?! I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he hadn't told me. A boiler install is a big and infrequent investment and I imagine most people are like me in that they know very little about the subject. What you hope is that whoever you get knows what they are doing, charges you a reasonable price and does a good job. Having utilised Michael's services at our home address for several years with complete satisfaction I am now employing his services for gas safety checks and plumbing repairs at a residential tenancy which I manage. Michael is always technically proficient, gives detailed feedback to ensure that the most appropriate solution to a problem is achieved at good value. On this occasion he promptly attended to replace an electric shower unit that had failed. The tenant was very pleased with his work as was I.

This is not the first time I have used Michael as he installed a new boiler for me. He is totally professional and trustworthy, works really hard and without a doubt knows what he is doing. I called him in an emergency as I had a leak in the bathroom which we discovered had just about ruined the floor (I have a flat below me !!!) He had to replace the cistern, the pipework (which was a botched job by a rogue builder I had) and a lot of the flooring. He also replaced my tiled floor. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael. As I live alone it is such a relief knowing I can call on someone who I can trust to do a professional job and is a pleasure to have around.

Michael did several jobs for me over March/April and at a particularly difficult time at the height of the Covid 19 crisis. He responded immediately to one urgent callout and for another problem gave good advice over the telephone to allow me to fix the problem myself. He paid good attention to social distancing requirements and changed some taps for me promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

We noticed a leak from our floor standing combi boiler, which as it was in the upstairs en-suite, and kept losing pressure and causing significant water pooling on floor. Michael came to service our boiler (which he fitted 4 years ago), and carried out the work with his usual care and efficiency. While at my house he also fixed a toilet cistern overflow, which I'd attempted to fix myself, without success. It took him about 5 minutes -and he didn't charge for it! His prices are always extremely reasonable anyway, but he's always very helpful.

Your Plumbing fitted a new Vaillant boiler for me Because I live in the roof void on the fourth floor of flats this was not the easiest of jobs especially fitting the new Flue as a cherry picker was required among other things. Michael was a pleasure to have in the flat and he explained everything he was doing and why (I learned a great deal about pipes/plumbing), he was hard working and thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He quoted for this job and stuck to that which I was very impressed with as placing the new flue was really difficult.

Michael has done a complete job on my 5 story house which includes underfloor heating to 2 floors, gas fired heating to rest of floors and has completed 5 bathrooms and 2 cloak room toilets. He is a genuine guy that gives a professional service.

We have an old property and he was very particular to complete job with as few pipes as possible on show, working to drop within our cavity walls etc. He kept us informed all the way as he met snags and discussed ways of solving all. He will not give you the cheapest or the most expensive or jump to the quickest, but explain the alternatives and give the right solution for you. Valuable, when ignorance is bliss. Prior to the fitting, we got quotes from three heating engineers. Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to give good advice as to the best options. His quote was detailed and thorough, giving prices for the different boilers we had discussed. The work took place over a couple of days, he always left the place tidy at the end of each day. He also took the time to ensure the work was done to the best of his ability, even polishing the pipes below the boiler (these would be hidden once the job was completed). Overall I am very pleased we used Your Plumbing to change our boiler and feel certain he will continue to look after us into the future.

I took four quotes as suggested by a plumber. I chose Your Plumbing. He gave me the choice of boilers, thermostats, radiator valves along with the cost of each, allowing me to up or down grade. There were no hidden charges as on other quotes. He explained what was needed to upgrade my old system and did this well. "Your Plumbing" converted our heating and water system from a back boiler with hot water tank to a pressurised Combi Boiler. The conversion necessitated the relocation of the boiler and demanded a rerouting of pipe work. We were given a thorough explanation of the work to be done and during the installation if there were options/snags we were informed and consulted. On completion we were amazed by the neatness of the pipework and greatly appreciated the effort that had been made to accommodate our particular wishes. Furthermore we were extremely impressed by the rigorous cleaning (de-gunging) of our original pipes. This took hours with sampling at regular intervals. We have decided that whatever our plumbing needs in the future we will stick with "Your Plumbing."

Had a new boiler installed whilst away on holiday. We were going to be without heating and water for 2 days so it made sense to have the work done whilst away. Left a key with Michael so he could do the job. Also replaced radiator valves had the system flushed a Magna Clean installed. Came back to a clean and tidy hot house. Also had a new thermostat that you can control from your smart phone, it is excellent. Micheal was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Michael recently installed a new boiler and fitted new radiators one of which was a vertical to replace older ones. I'm really pleased with the end result the radiators look great and I appreciate the effort that went into attaching the vertical one...it wasn't an easy wall! This is the second time I have used your plumbing and would highly recommend the company. Excellent advice and information on everything from the choices of boilers to the scope of the APP to control the heating. Michael provided a detailed, accurate and competitive quote. A professional service, friendly and reliable! Michael even patched up the external brickwork from the old boiler and did an excellent job you would never know there had been a hole there it blended into the original brickwork really well. Excellent communication throughout the fitting taking time to explain everything and flexible when I couldn't get back before 5pm/5.30pm due to work. Just had a Valliant combi boiler installed. Michael was very accommodating in coming around at short notice when our old boiler stopped working. He was very helpful with his advice and knowledge. Michael has just carried out the annual service to our Vaillant boiler which he installed a year ago. I was happy to tell him that our annual gas bill as a result of this is around 25% of what it was for the same period last year! Break-up and removal of old bath with new thermostatic taps, fitting of new bath, fitting and connecting of washbasin and new concealed toilet cistern. Had a combi boiler leak, Michael asked a lot of detailed questions on the phone and came out as soon as he could (later that day I think). He spent a long time diagnosing the problem, made it safe and returned when the part was in. As I was popping in from time to time, he was explaining what each part did (at exactly my level of understanding!), where problems sometimes occur and had asked to see the previous boiler service history. My impression was that he'd done above and beyond the job - he commented that the system was so clean there were no micro-particles in the water, and provided advice on how to keep it clean with future DIY. Clearly, he knows his stuff and cares about the equipment and providing a good service. Both Michael and his colleague were polite, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, were on time. Absolutely everything you would want from a plumber and they have the highest possible recommendation from me.

Very efficient, friendly and informative with regards to all the work he did for us. Happy to do an extra job after we'd initially requested a tap replacement and also did a little bit of improvement work on some of the existing plumbing. Very good value and would definitely recommend!
