Prior to the fitting, we got quotes from three heating engineers. Michael was very knowledgeable and was able to give good advice as to the best options. His quote was detailed and thorough, giving prices for the different boilers we had discussed. The work took place over a couple of days, he always left the place tidy at the end of each day. He also took the time to ensure the work was done to the best of his ability, even polishing the pipes below the boiler (these would be hidden once the job was completed). Overall I am very pleased we used Your Plumbing to change our boiler and feel certain he will continue to look after us into the future.

Rang at 10am, Michael came at 1pm the same day. Thoroughly checked out our boiler and explained carefully what the problem was. Problem fixed quickly and hasn’t recurred. Very professional, very personable and very quick to respond - will certainly be using him again.

Michael recently installed a new boiler and fitted new radiators one of which was a vertical to replace older ones. I'm really pleased with the end result the radiators look great and I appreciate the effort that went into attaching the vertical one...it wasn't an easy wall! This is the second time I have used your plumbing and would highly recommend the company. Excellent advice and information on everything from the choices of boilers to the scope of the APP to control the heating. Michael provided a detailed, accurate and competitive quote. A professional service, friendly and reliable! Michael even patched up the external brickwork from the old boiler and did an excellent job you would never know there had been a hole there it blended into the original brickwork really well. Excellent communication throughout the fitting taking time to explain everything and flexible when I couldn't get back before 5pm/5.30pm due to work. It's difficult to find a good plumber/tradesperson and would definitely use your plumbing again in the future. Thank you!

Had a new boiler installed whilst away on holiday. We were going to be without heating and water for 2 days so it made sense to have the work done whilst away. Left a key with Michael so he could do the job. Also replaced radiator valves had the system flushed a Magna Clean installed. Came back to a clean and tidy hot house. Also had a new thermostat that you can control from your smart phone, it is excellent. Micheal was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if I need too.

Your Plumbing fitted a new Vaillant boiler for me Because I live in the roof void on the fourth floor of flats this was not the easiest of jobs especially fitting the new Flue as a cherry picker was required among other things. Michael was a pleasure to have in the flat and he explained everything he was doing and why (I learned a great deal about pipes/plumbing), he was hard working and thoroughly professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He quoted for this job and stuck to that which I was very impressed with as placing the new flue was really difficult.

Michael came to service our boiler (which he fitted 4 years ago), and carried out the work with his usual care and efficiency. While at my house he also fixed a toilet cistern overflow, which I'd attempted to fix myself, without success. It took him about 5 minutes -and he didn't charge for it! His prices are always extremely reasonable anyway, but he's always very helpful.

Michael fitted a new boiler for us this week. He has upgraded our old boiler which a more efficient one with a very fancy control panel which we love. The first thing I must say about Michael is he is very neat and tidy and respectful whilst working in your home (so many trades people aren't). Michael has just carried out the annual service to our Vaillant boiler which he installed a year ago. I was happy to tell him that our annual gas bill as a result of this is around 25% of what it was for the same period last year! It goes without saying that I am absolutely delighted, and I trust Michael implicitly in everything he does. I took four quotes as suggested by a plumber. I chose Your Plumbing. He gave me the choice of boilers, thermostats, radiator valves along with the cost of each, allowing me to up or down grade. There were no hidden charges as on other quotes. He explained what was needed to upgrade my old system and did this well.
