Serviced our faulty boiler recently. Very open and honest assessment and took me through all the work done (not that I particularly followed it, but that goes a long way to making me trust the work!). Friendly approach and discussed the potential issues and solutions. Michael replaced my 15 year old boiler flushed the system and checked that the system was in good order. Michael is very knowledgeable and explained the process and technicalities in a way I could understand It took some time to get the job booked in after intial assessment but covid had created a backlog . His costs were also very reasonable and he gave me clear itemised quotes Michael was punctual.hardworking and was very tidy I felt very concomfortable talking to him. He runs an honest and trustworthy business. He will be returning next year to tackle phase 2 updating radiators . I highly recommend his work.

Had a combi boiler leak, Michael asked a lot of detailed questions on the phone and came out as soon as he could (later that day I think). He spent a long time diagnosing the problem, made it safe and returned when the part was in. As I was popping in from time to time, he was explaining what each part did (at exactly my level of understanding!), where problems sometimes occur and had asked to see the previous boiler service history. My impression was that he'd done above and beyond the job - he commented that the system was so clean there were no micro-particles in the water, and provided advice on how to keep it clean with future DIY. Clearly, he knows his stuff and cares about the equipment and providing a good service. Both Michael and his colleague were polite, courteous, did what they said they were going to do, were on time. Absolutely everything you would want from a plumber and they have the highest possible recommendation from me.

Break-up and removal of old bath with new thermostatic taps, fitting of new bath, fitting and connecting of washbasin and new concealed toilet cistern. Michael was friendly and competent, careful to ensure the jobs were done how we wanted them, willing to work around my desire to do some of the jobs myself, happy to give advice on fitting of new toilet pan and tiling as we went along. Michael has done a complete job on my 5 story house which includes underfloor heating to 2 floors, gas fired heating to rest of floors and has completed 5 bathrooms and 2 cloak room toilets. He is a genuine guy that gives a professional service.

100% would enthusiastically recommend to everyone and anyone! My boiler died recently and I got a few people in to quote and advise. By a country mile, YourPlumbing were the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional outfit. The quote they provided was comparable to the other two, but the attention to detail and professionalism was head and shoulders above. Michael clearly knows his stuff, is extremely proud of his workmanship and it shows! He was happy to explain everything, always providing a choice allowing me to make informed decisions but also making some recommendations where I wasn't sure. He turned up on time, kept his work area clean and organised, so much so that we were able to carry on normal life around him, which with two kids and a dog is saying something! At one point he even highlighted a part of the job he quoted for, which he had discovered was no longer, and reduced his quote on the basis it wouldn't take him as long. When was the last time you heard of that?! I wouldn't have been any the wiser if he hadn't told me. A boiler install is a big and infrequent investment and I imagine most people are like me in that they know very little about the subject. What you hope is that whoever you get knows what they are doing, charges you a reasonable price and does a good job. YourPlumbing knocked all three of those out of the park and I am happy to recommend especially if it saves anyone else any unnecessary worry.

Michael is our regular plumber and attended to the Vaillant annual boiler service. As always he carried out everything methodically with complete attention to detail to ensure that the servicing was undertaken fully in accordance with Vaillant's procedures. Work included:- - Full strip and clean of primary heat exchanger - changing of water pressure sensor (under warranty) - Primary heat cell G10 seal changed. - change of Condensate+ cartridge. - He also checked out our unvented hot water cylinder where the cylinder expansion vessels needed draining and recharging. Michael is very professional and always leaves the workplace clean and tidy and me the customer satisfied that he has carried out everything very competently.

Michael did a fantastic job fixing the pressure issue with our boiler. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the necessary parts efficiently. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything clearly and giving us some great advice on future repairs and improvements to our heating system. The service was great value for money, and we’ve already recommended him to friends. We would definitely use Michael again.
