We're based in Charminster, Bournemouth and provide a full plumbing and heating service across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

Matthew arrived at exact time per prior phone call. Loveliest young man, answered all my questions re-boiler and happy to give advice. Agreed to have my annual service with this company. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I will use them for all future plumbing work.

Initially disappointing as I was given the wrong date so wasted an afternoon waiting! However, on the correct date, I received a phone call to say Matthew was on his way. On arrival, he was able to replace the faulty part, he was extremely polite, thorough & tidy!

We called two other local plumbers without any reply. 'YourPlumber' answered (probably via a national link) and said they would call back which they did same day arranged an appointment and quote all of which was honoured - good job.

Job was what I expected, although I was quoted £105 I was charged £120 both prices I found very steep. These prices also included a discount for over 65's therefore would have been even more otherwise.
