We're based in Charminster, Bournemouth and provide a full plumbing and heating service across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

We recently had a boiler fitted and we were very impressed with the service and with Matthew who carried out the work. A very nice and respectful young man who worked hard. After a very short hold up we even received a bouquet of flowers! We were kept informed at all times by Sophie which was very helpful. Thank you. Jenny & John

Excellent pre-work advice and information. Plumber on site was pleasant, explained what the problem was and how he intended to deal with it. Work professionally and cleanly done, no mess. Billing quickly and accurately completed according to estimate. Great job, thank you.

Our new washing machine only required a Coldwater supply. Unfortunately the hot water supply tap was seized on. I had to turn off the complete hot water supply for the house. I phoned Your Plumber and explained that the hot delivery pipe needed capping, within the hour a gentleman arrived and quickly and efficiently did the necessary.

The job was replacement of the element in a hot water cylinder. The plumber arrived on time, was neat and tidy, dealt with all queries, and completed the job in good time. The fee was reasonable, and it was refreshing to be able to obtain a specific quote beforehand, over the phone. Would certainly use them again.
