I have just had this firm fit a new boiler and then a new pump at my elderly parents home. The staff could not have been more polite, efficient and respectful. Also really clean work and left site spotless. I was coordinating from London so had a degree of interaction with staff in their office. Kathryn was super efficient and communication faultless. Really pleased with the work and they came in under the quoted price for main work as took fewer hours I believe. I am so glad i researched with WHICH reviews and trust pilot. They were spot on and I would not hesitate in recommending this firm and using again. Special thanks also to Drew who attended to the work.

Drew Searle from YourPlumber visited to rectify some faults in our central heating system. Drew checked the system and found that two parts had to be replaced. Drew gave us a quote for the work and then went to procure the parts. The job involved draining the system. Drew installed the new parts and then had to work hard to get air out of the system, which took some time. He persevered with the task until the system was running perfectly. A good job done! The charge for the work was as he had quoted. I would happily recommend YourPlumber.

Attended promptly. Plumber was polite and friendly. He explained exactly what was needed (new tap). Cost made clear and it was fair and reasonable. He had to go and get a part but came back quickly. No mess left behind - happy with the work.

My comments relate to changing a bathroom mixer tap. Called 'Yourplumber' after I was let down by another plumber. I was impressed from the start with the way the job was handled. I was given a cost and an appointment day and time within minutes. Later, I received a call to advise that my job could be brought forward if it was convenient for me. I agreed. Plumber (Martyn) arrived complete with face mask (PPE recommended and adhered to). He was punctual, friendly, professional and had completed the job in around 30 minutes, including tidying up. Payment was made by credit card using an app. Work is guaranteed for 12 months. Perfect. 10/10

Your Plumber, I could highly recommend, they were punctual, wore masks and gloves due to the virus. They did a great job of putting right the bad workmanship of another so called Gas Safe engineer, who had left us at risk from a few years ago when we had to have a new boiler installed ! The job was completed in the estimated time frame, every where was cleaned up after, so professional. The price quoted was very fair, it came in under so Dan adjusted it as some parts weren't needed. Thank you Dan and Jack.

Following up on previous work done by this company we requested a quote to correct a water pressure problem. This was accepted by us and a date agreed. We were kept fully informed about a small delay to the start time (1 Hour) and the work was completed as agreed. The plumber worked very cleanly with no mess, and was very helpful about what was going on. Excellent service and we will definitely use the company again.

Service on 18 year old combi boiler

Combi Boiler service booked online. Jack arrived within the original 2 hour time slot. Text received when on the way. Overshoes put on when arrived and immediately asked if there were any problems. Stayed for about 45 minutes servicing boiler keeping me informed of any problems and advising me of recommendations. Left the area clean and tidy. Gave a rough quote for replacement boiler at a later date.

I cannot recommend Your Plumber enough. I have used these guys for several small jobs but on Tuesday had them out for a boiler problem, sadly the boiler was condemned (it was 33 years old!) and had to be replaced. 2 days later they were back and Drew spent the whole day fitting the new boiler. An absolute credit to the company, Drew was polite, courteous, very careful to ensure everything was covered and cleaned up as he went, cleaning up at the end after a very long day. I know how difficult it is when working in an occupied house but the service was exceptional. Thank you guys.
