Initially disappointing as I was given the wrong date so wasted an afternoon waiting! However, on the correct date, I received a phone call to say Matthew was on his way. On arrival, he was able to replace the faulty part, he was extremely polite, thorough & tidy!

Work had to be rescheduled evening before but we were kept informed & company rang the next morning to check new time suited us. Plumber arrived early (as agreed he would if he could), was polite and worked efficiently leaving no mess. He did forget to put the soap tray on! - but that was our only complaint.
