The engineer (Drew) worked diligently throughout, and with the constraints of Covid controls. ▪His work standards and tidiness were exemplary, as was his politeness. ▪He kept me fully informed with what he was doing (even some of the issues he had to contend with). ▪He explained the system operation and controls very clearly Some additional costs were incurred due to unforeseen issues with the installation. If required I will certainly use YourPlumber (Bournemouth) again.
