We're based in Charminster, Bournemouth and provide a full plumbing and heating service across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

The services we provide include:

We called two other local plumbers without any reply. 'YourPlumber' answered (probably via a national link) and said they would call back which they did same day arranged an appointment and quote all of which was honoured - good job.

Job was what I expected, although I was quoted £105 I was charged £120 both prices I found very steep. These prices also included a discount for over 65's therefore would have been even more otherwise.

Dave called very promptly and was courteous and helpful. Repaired and got the tap working. However warned that as a repair it might soon need replacing advised the best way to obtain a new tap if/when needed.

The job was replacement of the element in a hot water cylinder. The plumber arrived on time, was neat and tidy, dealt with all queries, and completed the job in good time. The fee was reasonable, and it was refreshing to be able to obtain a specific quote beforehand, over the phone. Would certainly use them again.

Our new washing machine only required a Coldwater supply. Unfortunately the hot water supply tap was seized on. I had to turn off the complete hot water supply for the house. I phoned Your Plumber and explained that the hot delivery pipe needed capping, within the hour a gentleman arrived and quickly and efficiently did the necessary.
