Great service from start to finish. Assessed on Friday, job booked in for Monday. Plumber arrived at 8 am on Monday and by Monday evening had fitted brand new boiler, restored leaking and hot water throughout and even cleared up after themselves so that there was no mess left behind! Really impressed, friendly but professional service - would definitely use again or recommend to other.

The scope of work was a combi boiler replacement for an old system boiler plus 5 upgraded radiator replacements. Access to pipework around the boiler and gas meter was very limited and difficult. Drew and Jack, the engineers who did the work were clearly highly experienced and expert in the work and completed the extensive work in two & half days and to a very high quality. They were very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly each day without wasting any time. They took adequate precautions to protect carpets, walls, furniture etc. they removed all debris and any mess. The place was left clean and tidy. Very professional company and workmanship. The final invoice for the work was as first quoted and was very competitive. I would highly recommend YourPlumber and will use them again for any plumbing work.

I have just had this firm fit a new boiler and then a new pump at my elderly parents home. The staff could not have been more polite, efficient and respectful. Also really clean work and left site spotless. I was coordinating from London so had a degree of interaction with staff in their office. Kathryn was super efficient and communication faultless. Really pleased with the work and they came in under the quoted price for main work as took fewer hours I believe. I am so glad i researched with WHICH reviews and trust pilot. They were spot on and I would not hesitate in recommending this firm and using again. Special thanks also to Drew who attended to the work.

YourPlumber replaced my 34-year-old boiler, after extremely helpful discussions with Dan at Head Office and a site-visit. The fitter, Drew, arrived dead on-time and proved to be exemplary - polite, neat, conscientious, informative and impressively hard-working. The work was completed in a day at the agreed price, despite some problems with the aging radiators and valves - also 34 years old. I had no hesitation in accepting his advice and asking YourPlumber to undertake his recommendations to resolve any future difficulties. I would unreservedly recommend this trader.

We moved into our flat almost exactly one year ago and had a plumbing problem from day one. All of our hot taps ran incredibly slowly. The fall from the hot water cylinder to the basins was completely inadequate. We called in YourPlumber to quote for the installation of a pressurised hot water system. The survey and quotation was carried out promptly and the installation date was (re)arranged to suit us and our recovery from Covid. Drew, our plumber, was exemplary. He worked cheerfully over a long day to strip out the 50-year-old plumbing we had inherited and give us a fresh, new, clean replacement. Because he had had to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine in the course of his work he stayed to do a quick test rinse to ensure that everything was back where it should be and overall he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! Our only problem now is remembering that we don't need to leave hot taps running for five minutes to get hot water. We had got used to doing odd jobs while we waited! Since we moved to Bournemouth 11 years ago we had 'acquired' an electrician and a painter but up until now we haven't had a plumber, but now we have! Well done Drew and YourPlumber!

What a breath of fresh air these guys are, I am the first person to complain when I don't get what I want but I have no complaints at all about Your Plumber Poole. We have used then a number of times now, each time we have been given a fixed price for the work to be done on the phone and it has never cost us a penny more once the friendly staff came out to do the work and founds issues which might mean the job should have cost more. It is great that there are no hidden costs, you pay what you are quoted on the phone and not a penny more. We have used them for a number of smaller jobs like changing taps and replacing a smashed hand basic through to replacing 3 electric showers and every job they have done has been done very well indeed, we have never needed them to come back to fix something that is leaking after they have worked on it. In summery, from initial contact through to job completion they are fantastic, friendly (nothing is ever too much trouble), efficient and at the right price too.

When the toilet bowl broke on the only toilet in the house, YourPlumber came to the rescue, and with the help of photos sent by email to verify the type of installation and pipework, a new toilet was supplied and fitted within 5 hours! The engineer called 20 minutes before arrival as promised and all the staff were very polite and treated me with patience and respect. The invoice was emailed to me quickly and I paid by electronic transfer.
