Fantastic service from start to finish! Yunus was professional, punctual, and clearly an expert at what he does. He fitted my new boiler system quickly and efficiently, kept everything tidy, and took the time to explain how everything worked. Engineer was very helpful and courteous, installation of a new immersion heater was completed very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, I would recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again. The rates were very reasonable too.

It is not always possible that you can say you were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of a tradesperson but on this occasion I can. Yunus quoted for a boiler replacement, which was competitively priced. He was informative, knowledgeable, and most of all caring. We all expect the work to be completed on time and within budget; however, we do not expect the contractor to go to extra lengths to ensure the area is left in better condition than when they arrived. Yunus filled and plastered a hole he did not even make. I would thoroughly recommend YT Plumbing and Heating.

After contacting Yunus for a quote for some work he was very quick to come round and have a look at the work to be done and give us a quote- which was very reasonably priced. The job was booked in quickly and on a day convenient for us. On the day Yunus was prompt to arrive and was very clean and tidy. Yunus was reliable and came to install the new boiler on the day that was agreed. He is very friendly and polite and very approachable and explained some of the work as he went on. His work was neat and tidy and the floor surfaces were protected. I would use Yunus again for any future work as he is a very accomplished gas engineer. Reliable, prompt and calls when necessary. Friendly and polite with a clean work van with identifiable company name. Work was completed in a timely manner as agreed and also changed parts when it was felt a new part was possibly faulty. Neat tidy work protecting floor surfaces at all times. I would definitely use this plumber again as he could give me an approximate costing on parts and for the complete job prior to works being carried out. There were no hidden extras added to my invoice on the day. Same day payment required following completion of work.

Yunus came and in when I had issues with hot water and our newly fitted radiators were not working. He instantly fixed the problem and noticed the pipe work that was fitted by the previous plumber was not clean and not tide back to the wall, meaning it’s a safety hazard if these are knocked. He also noticed the joins used were not correct and can weap over time. Having these pipes and joins under our floors upstairs was a risk for us and a leak happening. Yunus instantly said that he would recommend getting this changed if we are getting carpet fitted as repairing it when it weaps will involve ripping up our carpet or cutting a hole in the ceiling. I was thankful for the honest opinion and his knowledge on these bends used and asked what he would do. He told me he would dig the walls out and bury the pipes properly so it’s not an eye saw and is safer for everyone. Within 1 week the work was completed and the radiators back on the walls and looking 1000 times better. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Honest, kind and overall a great person.

I've used YT Plumbing twice to fix different issues with water coming out where it shouldn't in my airing cupboard. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, turns up when he says he will and gets the job done efficiently with no fuss for a fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Yunus was a massive help to us, we had an old boiler that broke down and had a few quotes, all saying the same problem, yunus was able to fit us in and replace our boiler at short notice as well as extra piping to sink. He did a great job and took the time to fully explain everything.

Yunis arrived when he said he would. Analysed the problem ( A leaking toilet cistern ) He had to disconnect the cistern to fix the leak, he knew exactly how to do that. He was very efficient he even had to go and purchase a new part as a plastic pipe fitting needed to be replaced. All were completed in just over an hour. I was very impressed. Not only that he was a delightful person. I would highly recommend him.

Recently moved house and Yunus changed our boiler and radiators. We have previously used Yunus to complete similar work at our previous property. He is by far the best tradesperson we have had the pleasure of dealing with and we can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a new combi-boiler installed along with thermostatic shower & radiator replacements. It took four days just as estimated. Yunus was friendly and happy to explain the ins and outs of the various things he needed to do to complete the installation. All in all a good experience, I'll be calling him again if I need any other work done in the future.

I have used YT Plumming and Heating for a multiple years and Yunus is always reliable and delivers outstanding work at competitive prices and does it all with excellent communication. In my previous property, Yunus has repaired, serviced and replaced a boiler, and in my current property serviced and repaired my current boiler with plans to replace my current unit. Yunus is reliable and communicates all issues well (including translation to non-boiler savvy people like me) and is a tradesman you don't question about letting into your property again. Water leaking through ceiling late Friday and Yunus was here 8.30 Saturday morning. Despite tricky access, he professionally fitted two joints that stopped the leak. He also fitted a lever ball valve to the water mains behind a unit. He is very approachable and friendly and obviously knowledgeable and skilled in his work. He is a good communicator and gave us confidence in the quality of his work. We would use him again.

The new cylinder was ordered and Yanus kept in regular contact and then when it was available he arrived exactly at the agreed time to complete the job. It's hard to imagine a better service. Yunus was prepared to work outside his normal area because our daughter (a satisfied customer) asked if he could help. We had arrived home from holiday to a freezing cold house. From an online diagnosis late on a Friday evening through to the completed installation of a new boiler the following Tuesday, Yunus couldn't have been more speedy and more reliable or thoroughly helpful and technically sound.
