We had a problem with our boiler and as our usual heating engineer is difficult to contact, we found YT on Which? Trusted Traders. We called on a Thursday afternoon and he said he would come late on Friday afternoon, and not only did he turn up but was early! I was very impressed as I have heard so many stories from friends of plumbers not turning up. Yunis quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have recommended him to my neighbours and we are all likely to use him in future.

My boiler was making banging noises. Yunus diagnosed the cause and suggested power flushing the central heating system. He arrived promptly, worked throughout the day with very little disruption. He did an excellent job with good humour and courtesy.

After my boiler stopped working I called YT and Yunus came round straight away, he diagnosed the problem straight away and said he could get the part required for the next day (as it was Sunday) and told me the total cost which I agreed with. The next day Yunus arrived in good time and fixed the boiler, I got a pleasant surprise when he told me that he had been able to service the faulty part which is not able to do usually so my bill was reduced substantially. I found Yunus to be a very knowledgeable and competent engineer and would recommend him to anyone.

Yunus serviced our boiler and repaired a faulty pop-up sink plug and toilet flush mechanism. He returned later on and corrected a fault that was not of his making and for which he did not charge. Prompt, efficient, skilled and reliable.
