We had a problem with our boiler and as our usual heating engineer is difficult to contact, we found YT on Which? Trusted Traders. We called on a Thursday afternoon and he said he would come late on Friday afternoon, and not only did he turn up but was early! I was very impressed as I have heard so many stories from friends of plumbers not turning up. Yunis quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I have recommended him to my neighbours and we are all likely to use him in future.

My boiler was making banging noises. Yunus diagnosed the cause and suggested power flushing the central heating system. He arrived promptly, worked throughout the day with very little disruption. He did an excellent job with good humour and courtesy.
