Found YT plumbing on Which? Trusted Traders, looked at the reviews. Wanted a boiler to fit in one of the kitchen cupboards. Yunus explained about all the new pipework and electrics so i could prepare. Polite and professional, treated myself and house with respect. The job is perfect and I am really happy. Work is 1st class and have booked into do services each year.

They were neat and tidy throughout. Repeat customer and always happy. Job was flushing heating system and cleaning out tanks in the loft. On time as always. Price was acceptable and in the end was exactly what it said it was going to be.

My old boiler had packed in - two days before Christmas! My old boiler had packed in and I was having family to stay so really needed a boiler. Yunus came and installed a new boiler on his day off and did a really professional job. I received the official Worcester-Bosh 10 year warranty via email today. Very pleased with result and will use Yunus again.

Yunus came to cap off some gas pipes but I had a plumbing problem as well when he arrived and he did a great job sorting both jobs for me. He is friendly and does a quality job.

I chose this company over a well known company due to the choice of the Worcester Bosch. My son had recommended this company, excellent work. Extremely competent work. Alterations were needed, he was clean, tidy and explained how the boiler worked. Very happy. Already noticed a change in the temperature and output.

I asked Yunus to investigate and fix the drain from my kitchen sink which had been running out only very slowly for a long time. Yunus came at the agreed time and was very friendly and helpful. He said that for him to replace the drain pipes would mean knocking out the backs of the kitchen units, or making big holes in them, which would be difficult and expensive. So he recommended instead that we find a drain clearance specialist who could assess the blockage with a camera and then use a jet-wash to clear it. He gave me the name and phone number for someone he knew who could do it, but also suggested we try to find someone suitable from Which? Trusted Traders. There was no charge and I would be very happy to recommend Yunus to others.

YT plumbing fixed our boiler. He is a professional nice guy and explained what needed doing in a way I understood. He was on time and tidied the work area after. After fixing one part another issue arose and her returned swiftly to fix that too. He communicated about parts and prices well. Would definitely use again!
