Yunus came to service my boiler at short notice when I had been let down by another engineer. From first speaking to Yunus he was friendly, transparent regarding cost, he let me know when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, was tidy & professional explaining everything to me along the way which I really appreciated. From the Which Trusted Trader site I identified a local company with good reviews (YT Plumbing & Heating). Explained the problem and felt confident with the feedback and booked a visit. The PCB warning light signalled a number of faults which were investigated and resolved methodically by Yunus. He even contacted the Potterton expert to confirm that we were heading in the right direction. To cut a long story short ( and a few visits) the boiler was eventually up and running. Throughout Yunus demonstrated his knowledge, experience and skill in resolving a number of problems. He always explained the issues and reasons, worked hard and cleared up admirably afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Yunus was fast, communicative and helpful. My boiler died the day before we were going on holiday. He came along and checked out what parts were needed on the same day, then arranged to meet us when we got back home (literally within about 6minutes of arriving back home). Repaired the boiler (dead pump and dodgy glass window viewport), even ran out to source a connector that wasn't included with the new pump, all within about an hour. Nice. Will be calling him for the boiler servicing for sure. 👍

Yunus came when he said he was going too. He explained everything in detail first. Yunus was really good, was friendly. Couple of problems popped up and he wasn't phased. Would highly recommend him.

Yunus installed our new boiler and all the plumbing and pipework for a new kitchen extension including rerouting both water and gas mains, water connections and new radiators. Very happy with the results and the copper work. Yunus is very personable, prompt and tidy.
