YT Plumbing and Heating provided a great service for me. I had a new boiler fitted and am very happy with it. I live in a flat block so it was a specialist fit also a confined working space. All my options were discussed and YT Plumbing kept everything very tidy and clean and went by all the local authority rules. They provided a fast efficient and friendly service and very reasonably priced. I 100% recommend.

Yunas of YT Plumbing Ltd is very highly recommended by me. My old boiler broke down, I had hot water but no heating, due to age I knew the boiler had to be replaced. Yunas came and quoted, and a date set for replacement. I became ill and had to reschedule. Unfortunately, lockdown came along. Yunas immediately contacted to explain he was going into self-isolation. No heating was not an emergency for me and I was happy to wait and Yunas kept in contact. When restrictions were lifted, he was in touch immediately and a date set for replacement. He was punctual every day, and he explained everything he was doing. He worked so hard and was very clean and tidy. The work was completed on time, and he went through everything he had done. He showed me how to work the system. I am so pleased I was able to wait and have Yunus do the work. I will certainly use him for any other plumbing work I have. Yunas was polite, hard-working and I highly recommend him.

Had 2 toilets that werent filling and water dribbling out of cold tap - Yunus came out the next day and fitted a new fill valve in one toilet + cleared air out of system for other toilet + tap. Also gave me advice and answered my questions about not only my plumbing but also central heating system. Very friendly and professional - saved his number for future contact.

I had a Worcester Bosch boiler installed and would highly recommend Yunus for the work he did and his professional and friendly customer service. He was very helpful and prompt answering questions at the quote stage, and during and after installation. He was also flexible in adjusting the original quote when I found I was able to source the boiler myself. After an initial call-out to a non-working boiler, the diagnosis was a defunct gas valve. Despite the fact the new part had to be ordered, I was impressed by Yunus' helpful and informative attitude. I was also impressed by his website's accessibility and the speediness of his response times. Although I know that my boiler is old, I know Yunus has done his best in providing a more than competent service and better still, I have warmth in my house again! From the initial diagnosis of my boiler I felt I could trust YT plumbing, Yunus was honest and gave me a number of options. I initially wanted a second opinion on my boiler as I have a cover with a big player, who failed to fix my boiler 3 times previously and were difficult to speak to when I needed them most. After another failure by my previous card team, I opted to have a new boiler installed by YT plumbing and they were quick to book it in and get it replaced. Yunus was very quick to get back to me and get everything ordered for the installation. During the installation, Yunus was very helpful and explained everything to me and got everything completed as expected. I would definitely recommend it!

I have no hesitation in recommending Yunus at YT Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Yunus has just completed the relocation and installation of a new boiler for us and did a great job, we are very pleased! Whilst here, he even discovered and fixed some existing plumbing in our house which had been put in incorrectly which was a relief. He is hardworking, reliable and very friendly. Yunus had previously serviced our very old boiler, so when the time came to finally replace it we knew we could turn to him.

Younas was always on time, if not early and extremely helpful and polite. He gave great advice on our bathroom design and fitted new suite and new shower room and electric shower for us. He always was tidy and was friendly and happy working. He had some good ideas on hiding all the pipes and did a good job on that. All work done was neat and tidy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber or central heating engineer.

Thanks to Yunus, spoke to him over the phone initially after finding his number online, asked him for some initial diagnoses and some advice which he happily gave. Then followed up asking him to come and replace existing mixer taps in our kitchen which he promptly did. Job very well done, very thorough and clean left no mess in the kitchen. I contacted YT Heating & Plumbing as my boiler needed a service. From my initial contact for a quote I was very impressed with the service and communication. Yunus responded very quickly to my query and arranged an appointment that suited me. He rang to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he introduced himself and showed me his identification. Yunus carried out the boiler service and was friendly but professional throughout the visit. I had always used one of the 'big' companies in the past but will be calling YT H&P in the future. Great price, great service.

Yunus has been servicing our old boiler for about 3 years and recently installed a new boiler at our request. Whilst always happy to give (extremely helpful) advice, he has never once tried to persuade us to replace our old boiler. When we did request this he answered all our queries thoroughly which helped us to decide which model was best for our needs. We have always found Yunus to be extremely professional, polite, and friendly but very respectful. He is always punctual and an extremely clean worker. He gave us a very fair estimate for the installation and there were no hidden extras on completion. We would not hesitate to highly recommend him. He will be our go-to and be servicing our boiler for the foreseeable future and this comes from someone who is difficult to please and can usually find fault with something.

I had the services of a really good Gas Safe Engineers to do the regular servicing of my Condensing Gas Boiler but recently he retired and left the area so I had to find a replacement. I contacted several such people by means of their Web Sites who didn’t even acknowledge that I had written to them. All except Yanus of YT Plumbing and Heating who contacted me. He sounded very capable and I asked him to visit me at my house to assess his skills which he did. I was so impressed by Yanus that I asked him to do a Service on my Worcester Boiler which is one of his specialisations. He booked me for a Service for a week hence and turned up on time. We discussed the history of my boiler then he started the Service. It really was a Full Service. The boiler had never had such a service in the nine years of its life. It was really thorough and all carried out whilst I was watching him and asking questions. I think I’ve found a really good Gas Safe Engineer in Yanus who is a pleasure to talk to. I hope to use him for any Boiler or Plumbing problems that I can’t solve myself. JDM.

Booked for a combi boiler supply and install. For the original quote, company visited property, checked and confirmed space available, exactly what was required and then made sure all details were shared. I then received a quote via email as promised. This was itemised exactly what was required for the job. As price was suitable booked for the job. On the agreed date of install, arrived at 0900 as promised, inspected house/boiler location then laid out all dust sheets around property. Throughout the whole install engineer clearly explained, where needed, what he was doing and made sure all was correct. Job was completed mid-morning on the 4th day (as advised). Demo of boiler given to me, shared contact details, paperwork and advised he would contact local authority and boiler manufacturer for the warranty. Throughout the whole journey, no issues, stress-free and I now have a new combi boiler Well done and thanks. Would highly recommend

We contacted YT Plumbing with a faulty boiler, they came out quickly and tried to repair it. After inspecting the boiler it was decided that it was not economically repairable and a new boiler was ordered. They fitted the new boiler in a day and removed all traces of the old one, they also phone two days later to check everything was working. Good old customer service!

Yunus installed our new boiler and all the plumbing and pipework for a new kitchen extension including rerouting both water and gas mains, water connections and new radiators. Very happy with the results and the copper work. Yunus is very personable, prompt and tidy.
