Yunus was fast, communicative and helpful. My boiler died the day before we were going on holiday. He came along and checked out what parts were needed on the same day, then arranged to meet us when we got back home (literally within about 6minutes of arriving back home). Repaired the boiler (dead pump and dodgy glass window viewport), even ran out to source a connector that wasn't included with the new pump, all within about an hour. Nice. Will be calling him for the boiler servicing for sure. 👍

From the Which Trusted Trader site I identified a local company with good reviews (YT Plumbing & Heating). Explained the problem and felt confident with the feedback and booked a visit. The PCB warning light signalled a number of faults which were investigated and resolved methodically by Yunus. He even contacted the Potterton expert to confirm that we were heading in the right direction. To cut a long story short ( and a few visits) the boiler was eventually up and running. Throughout Yunus demonstrated his knowledge, experience and skill in resolving a number of problems. He always explained the issues and reasons, worked hard and cleared up admirably afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

We have a closed-system, Baxi Boiler and Tado controls. We were getting unreliable hot water, and some days none at all. We found YT Plumbing on Which Trusted Traders, they had over one hundred positive reviews. I left a message on the mobile number and Yunus called at 8 am the next day, and was booked in to see us for a service and investigation the day after. Yunus found the fault, and got the system up and running, but recognized our mid position valve was faulty. Not only that but the Honeywell valve that is normally fitted to our Y plan system had been replaced with a non-branded cheaper valve, typically available from Amazon for £30.00 compared to the Honeywell original part at £110.0. So Yunus replaced the faulting valve with a genuine Honeywell, serviced the boiler, completed the boiler records and was finished in 90 minutes. Great service, and a perfect gentleman. We have now engaged Yunis on three jobs, each time we have been very impressed. He is knowledgable, left the house neat and tidy, arrived on time and completed the work to a very high level of quality. We used YT Pumbing and Heating to install a new gas boiler, in a new location, a new hot water cylinder and an additional radiator. They gave us good advice as to where the new boiler should be sited and were very helpful with regular updates while the work was being carried out. The workmanship appears to be of high quality and was completed on time to the agreed budget with much less disruption than we had anticipated. I have no hesitation in recommending YT Plumbing and Heating.

Yunus came to Install a new electric shower in my property as a replacement for the old one. However, he manipulates the instalment by wrongly installed the electric shower on the wrong fuse size; he also modified the case despite he was provided with an installation booklet. The manufacturer was informed and it was reported that, the electric shower was poorly installed. Therefore, I was warned not to use it again and that I will need a new shower due to case modification and wrongly fitted the electric shower. As a result of this, the warranty which I had on it was made void and I was told to speak to the installer for a replacement. Therefore, Yunus has been contacted several times via his mobile phone and email to pay for a new one which cost me £145.00, but he refused. I reported the issue to Trust a traders and he later offered to pay £80 instead of £145.00 which I refused (I have got this on email as evidence) Since then he had refused to pick my calls and has ignored my messages. I am not giving up on this until he pay me £145.00 for a new electric shower. Moreover, Yunus had put me and my family through stress; we have not been able to use this shower since.

YT plumbing fixed our boiler. He is a professional nice guy and explained what needed doing in a way I understood. He was on time and tidied the work area after. After fixing one part another issue arose and her returned swiftly to fix that too. He communicated about parts and prices well. Would definitely use again!

I asked Yunus to investigate and fix the drain from my kitchen sink which had been running out only very slowly for a long time. Yunus came at the agreed time and was very friendly and helpful. He said that for him to replace the drain pipes would mean knocking out the backs of the kitchen units, or making big holes in them, which would be difficult and expensive. So he recommended instead that we find a drain clearance specialist who could assess the blockage with a camera and then use a jet-wash to clear it. He gave me the name and phone number for someone he knew who could do it, but also suggested we try to find someone suitable from Which? Trusted Traders. There was no charge and I would be very happy to recommend Yunus to others.

My old boiler had packed in - two days before Christmas! My old boiler had packed in and I was having family to stay so really needed a boiler. Yunus came and installed a new boiler on his day off and did a really professional job. I received the official Worcester-Bosh 10 year warranty via email today. Very pleased with result and will use Yunus again.
