We contacted Yunus Topal about our leaky tap, we emailed photos for him to see. He gave us a quote for the job, and arranged when he would be able to come. Today he contacted us about 10 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. The job took longer than had been expected, as the old ones were Imperial measurements, and there was also a lot of limescale. He is a very likeable and pleasant person, and just got on with the job. When the job had been completed, he asked us to see if everything was fine, and still kept to the original price quoted. Excellent plumber and very satisfied with the work, would definitely recommend him, and use ourselves for any future work.

It's hard to imagine a better service. Yunus was prepared to work outside his normal area because our daughter (a satisfied customer) asked if he could help. The new cylinder was ordered and Yanus kept in regular contact and then when it was available he arrived exactly at the agreed time to complete the job. Water leaking through ceiling late Friday and Yunus was here 8.30 Saturday morning. Despite tricky access, he professionally fitted two joints that stopped the leak. He also fitted a lever ball valve to the water mains behind a unit. He is very approachable and friendly and obviously knowledgeable and skilled in his work. He is a good communicator and gave us confidence in the quality of his work. We would use him again.

I had a new combi-boiler installed along with thermostatic shower & radiator replacements. It took four days just as estimated. Yunus was friendly and happy to explain the ins and outs of the various things he needed to do to complete the installation. All in all a good experience, I'll be calling him again if I need any other work done in the future.

Yunis arrived when he said he would. Analysed the problem ( A leaking toilet cistern ) He had to disconnect the cistern to fix the leak, he knew exactly how to do that. He was very efficient he even had to go and purchase a new part as a plastic pipe fitting needed to be replaced. All were completed in just over an hour. I was very impressed. Not only that he was a delightful person. I would highly recommend him.

We have been using YT Plumbing for several years for boiler servicing and other plumbing jobs and have always been very pleased with the standard of work. Our old boiler reached the end of its useful life so we had Yunus replace it, with the work being carried out yesterday. Yunus was a massive help to us, we had an old boiler that broke down and had a few quotes, all saying the same problem, yunus was able to fit us in and replace our boiler at short notice as well as extra piping to sink. He did a great job and took the time to fully explain everything.

I've used YT Plumbing twice to fix different issues with water coming out where it shouldn't in my airing cupboard. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional, turns up when he says he will and gets the job done efficiently with no fuss for a fair price. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Yunus came and in when I had issues with hot water and our newly fitted radiators were not working. He instantly fixed the problem and noticed the pipe work that was fitted by the previous plumber was not clean and not tide back to the wall, meaning it’s a safety hazard if these are knocked. He also noticed the joins used were not correct and can weap over time. Having these pipes and joins under our floors upstairs was a risk for us and a leak happening. Yunus instantly said that he would recommend getting this changed if we are getting carpet fitted as repairing it when it weaps will involve ripping up our carpet or cutting a hole in the ceiling. I was thankful for the honest opinion and his knowledge on these bends used and asked what he would do. He told me he would dig the walls out and bury the pipes properly so it’s not an eye saw and is safer for everyone. Within 1 week the work was completed and the radiators back on the walls and looking 1000 times better. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Honest, kind and overall a great person.
