It's hard to imagine a better service. Yunus was prepared to work outside his normal area because our daughter (a satisfied customer) asked if he could help. We had arrived home from holiday to a freezing cold house. From an online diagnosis late on a Friday evening through to the completed installation of a new boiler the following Tuesday, Yunus couldn't have been more speedy and more reliable or thoroughly helpful and technically sound. We contacted Yunus Topal about our leaky tap, we emailed photos for him to see. He gave us a quote for the job, and arranged when he would be able to come. Today he contacted us about 10 minutes before he arrived to say he was on his way. The job took longer than had been expected, as the old ones were Imperial measurements, and there was also a lot of limescale. He is a very likeable and pleasant person, and just got on with the job. When the job had been completed, he asked us to see if everything was fine, and still kept to the original price quoted. Excellent plumber and very satisfied with the work, would definitely recommend him, and use ourselves for any future work.

My old boiler had packed in - two days before Christmas! My old boiler had packed in and I was having family to stay so really needed a boiler. Yunus came and installed a new boiler on his day off and did a really professional job. I received the official Worcester-Bosh 10 year warranty via email today. Very pleased with result and will use Yunus again.

I asked Yunus to investigate and fix the drain from my kitchen sink which had been running out only very slowly for a long time. Yunus came at the agreed time and was very friendly and helpful. He said that for him to replace the drain pipes would mean knocking out the backs of the kitchen units, or making big holes in them, which would be difficult and expensive. So he recommended instead that we find a drain clearance specialist who could assess the blockage with a camera and then use a jet-wash to clear it. He gave me the name and phone number for someone he knew who could do it, but also suggested we try to find someone suitable from Which? Trusted Traders. There was no charge and I would be very happy to recommend Yunus to others.

YT plumbing fixed our boiler. He is a professional nice guy and explained what needed doing in a way I understood. He was on time and tidied the work area after. After fixing one part another issue arose and her returned swiftly to fix that too. He communicated about parts and prices well. Would definitely use again!

Yunus came to Install a new electric shower in my property as a replacement for the old one. However, he manipulates the instalment by wrongly installed the electric shower on the wrong fuse size; he also modified the case despite he was provided with an installation booklet. The manufacturer was informed and it was reported that, the electric shower was poorly installed. Therefore, I was warned not to use it again and that I will need a new shower due to case modification and wrongly fitted the electric shower. As a result of this, the warranty which I had on it was made void and I was told to speak to the installer for a replacement. Therefore, Yunus has been contacted several times via his mobile phone and email to pay for a new one which cost me £145.00, but he refused. I reported the issue to Trust a traders and he later offered to pay £80 instead of £145.00 which I refused (I have got this on email as evidence) Since then he had refused to pick my calls and has ignored my messages. I am not giving up on this until he pay me £145.00 for a new electric shower. Moreover, Yunus had put me and my family through stress; we have not been able to use this shower since.

We used YT Pumbing and Heating to install a new gas boiler, in a new location, a new hot water cylinder and an additional radiator. They gave us good advice as to where the new boiler should be sited and were very helpful with regular updates while the work was being carried out. The workmanship appears to be of high quality and was completed on time to the agreed budget with much less disruption than we had anticipated. I have no hesitation in recommending YT Plumbing and Heating.

We have a closed-system, Baxi Boiler and Tado controls. We were getting unreliable hot water, and some days none at all. We found YT Plumbing on Which Trusted Traders, they had over one hundred positive reviews. I left a message on the mobile number and Yunus called at 8 am the next day, and was booked in to see us for a service and investigation the day after. Yunus found the fault, and got the system up and running, but recognized our mid position valve was faulty. Not only that but the Honeywell valve that is normally fitted to our Y plan system had been replaced with a non-branded cheaper valve, typically available from Amazon for £30.00 compared to the Honeywell original part at £110.0. So Yunus replaced the faulting valve with a genuine Honeywell, serviced the boiler, completed the boiler records and was finished in 90 minutes. Great service, and a perfect gentleman. From the Which Trusted Trader site I identified a local company with good reviews (YT Plumbing & Heating). Explained the problem and felt confident with the feedback and booked a visit. The PCB warning light signalled a number of faults which were investigated and resolved methodically by Yunus. He even contacted the Potterton expert to confirm that we were heading in the right direction. To cut a long story short ( and a few visits) the boiler was eventually up and running. Throughout Yunus demonstrated his knowledge, experience and skill in resolving a number of problems. He always explained the issues and reasons, worked hard and cleared up admirably afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Yunus was fast, communicative and helpful. My boiler died the day before we were going on holiday. He came along and checked out what parts were needed on the same day, then arranged to meet us when we got back home (literally within about 6minutes of arriving back home). Repaired the boiler (dead pump and dodgy glass window viewport), even ran out to source a connector that wasn't included with the new pump, all within about an hour. Nice. Will be calling him for the boiler servicing for sure. 👍

We contacted YT Plumbing with a faulty boiler, they came out quickly and tried to repair it. After inspecting the boiler it was decided that it was not economically repairable and a new boiler was ordered. They fitted the new boiler in a day and removed all traces of the old one, they also phone two days later to check everything was working. Good old customer service!

Booked for a combi boiler supply and install. For the original quote, company visited property, checked and confirmed space available, exactly what was required and then made sure all details were shared. I then received a quote via email as promised. This was itemised exactly what was required for the job. As price was suitable booked for the job. On the agreed date of install, arrived at 0900 as promised, inspected house/boiler location then laid out all dust sheets around property. Throughout the whole install engineer clearly explained, where needed, what he was doing and made sure all was correct. Job was completed mid-morning on the 4th day (as advised). Demo of boiler given to me, shared contact details, paperwork and advised he would contact local authority and boiler manufacturer for the warranty. Throughout the whole journey, no issues, stress-free and I now have a new combi boiler Well done and thanks. Would highly recommend

I had the services of a really good Gas Safe Engineers to do the regular servicing of my Condensing Gas Boiler but recently he retired and left the area so I had to find a replacement. I contacted several such people by means of their Web Sites who didn’t even acknowledge that I had written to them. All except Yanus of YT Plumbing and Heating who contacted me. He sounded very capable and I asked him to visit me at my house to assess his skills which he did. I was so impressed by Yanus that I asked him to do a Service on my Worcester Boiler which is one of his specialisations. He booked me for a Service for a week hence and turned up on time. We discussed the history of my boiler then he started the Service. It really was a Full Service. The boiler had never had such a service in the nine years of its life. It was really thorough and all carried out whilst I was watching him and asking questions. I think I’ve found a really good Gas Safe Engineer in Yanus who is a pleasure to talk to. I hope to use him for any Boiler or Plumbing problems that I can’t solve myself. JDM.

Yunus has been servicing our old boiler for about 3 years and recently installed a new boiler at our request. Whilst always happy to give (extremely helpful) advice, he has never once tried to persuade us to replace our old boiler. When we did request this he answered all our queries thoroughly which helped us to decide which model was best for our needs. We have always found Yunus to be extremely professional, polite, and friendly but very respectful. He is always punctual and an extremely clean worker. He gave us a very fair estimate for the installation and there were no hidden extras on completion. We would not hesitate to highly recommend him. I contacted YT Heating & Plumbing as my boiler needed a service. From my initial contact for a quote I was very impressed with the service and communication. From the initial diagnosis of my boiler I felt I could trust YT plumbing, Yunus was honest and gave me a number of options. I initially wanted a second opinion on my boiler as I have a cover with a big player, who failed to fix my boiler 3 times previously and were difficult to speak to when I needed them most. After another failure by my previous card team, I opted to have a new boiler installed by YT plumbing and they were quick to book it in and get it replaced. Yunus was very quick to get back to me and get everything ordered for the installation. I have used YT Plumbing a few times over the last 18 months - A new boiler, new radiators, shower refitted and recently a Boiler service. Yunus has always been on time, helpful, charged reasonable rates and carried out and completed the work required. He's always friendly and explains when things are required/ not required. My boiler packed up just before Christmas, showing an ignition fault code. Yunus came round and started with the ignition electrode, the ignition gap was too big. That didn't cure the fault code. So he went home to fetch a control panel and PCB that he had kept as spares from previous repairs. He fitted these but the problem persisted. He called Ideal and they suggested the ignition harness. Inspecting the concealed wiring revealed corroded wires. He quickly ordered and fetched a replacement and fitted. That solved the problem and boiler working fine since. What pleased me most was that Yunus' persistence resulted in a reasonably inexpensive repair. How many tradesmen would have given up, condemned the boiler, or said I needed a new PCB? How many would have kept a stock of 2nd parts as spares?

We woke up to find our boiler had stopped working and no heating, just what we needed a month before Christmas. Immediately assume a new boiler is required. We contacted YT Plumbing & Heating. Yunus arrived and after a quick inspection said that a new control board was required not a new boiler. He set off to obtain the part and within 2 hours the house was heated again. YT are a company you can trust, unfortunately some would/could have exploited our lack of knowledge and said a new boiler was required. I would not use anyone else now for any of my plumbing or heating issues and I would have no qualms recommending YT to family and friends.

I discovered a leaking pipe in my airing cupboard over the weekend. I found this company online and checked out the reviews which all seemed to be 5 star. I phoned him Monday morning and he came out same day to check it out. He was quick and prompt and came back to refit new pipes Thursday. Affordable price quoted too. Very happy with the service received. Also gave feedback and what we need to do to maintain our heating system and pipes to prevent further leaks or blockages.

After being let down five times I finally found Yufus. He was a very likeable man straight from the off, being friendly and very happy to be 'here'. He got straight on with the job of installing my new gas hob, having tested the gas supply/pressure first. His appointment was for PM but he called mid morning to say that he would arrive between 12.15 and 1.00 pm, he called me again to let me know he was about 10 minutes from me and arrived at 12.10 pm. He completed the installation and serviced my boiler. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a gas fitter. He is a one man band and is totally customer orientated. I am certainly keeping his contact details for future boiler servicing. (I hope I won't want him for any other problems!).

The central heating insurance proved to be useless when the providers visited and said that I had a blockage in the heating system which was not covered by my policy. However on my second phone call to find someone to fix it I came across YT Plumbing and am so pleased I did. Explaining what the likely cause was, how to fix it, and the likely cost, they came as promised at 2 and removed the pipe and blockage, then replaced it. A job very well done, neat and tidy, in fact I was so pleased with them that I have arranged for a power flush to be done as well. I had every confidence in the advice given and the work done and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Work was done on time at agreed price, although price of parts seen online and time spent doing job didn't warrant the price paid, but at the end of the day cheaper than Worchester Bosch engineers, don't think I will have another Worchester Bosch boiler as they live up to there nickname the watering can, they are made of flimsy, cheaply made, bad German engineered parts, my 24i junior has cost me £465 in 5 months to stop it leaking.

This is the second time I've had Yunus round, the first was for a boiler service and this time because our boiler was making a noise. He is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and works cleanly.

In the process of renovating our ensuite, we discovered that the shower had abismal water pressure. We were doing renovations throughout the property and so had a number of plumbers coming and going to look at moving radiators and other pipe work elsewhere in the house. We asked if they could identify the problem for us in the shower.... All declared it mystifying and quoted huge sums to replace the pump and bang around in the en suite. On seeing Yusun's reviews on Check A Trade, I decided to see if he could help. He arrived at the property and took the time to look around every room, testing all taps and outlets to get a full picture of the house's pipe-work. I showed him the airing cupboard, expecting to be told yet again that it was a mystery. Yusun immediately diagnosed the issue - we in fact had a few key problems! - and gave us a very fair price to fix it. We didn't need a new pump at all, and the problem was firmly in the airing cupboard! Both courses of action suggested by other plumbers would have been much more costly, and wouldn't have fixed the problem! Yusun was transparent with us throughout the process, very professional and friendly.... And he did a fantastic job!! The shower now gets fantastic water pressure, and our airing cupboard is much more organised, with all pipes labelled and irrevant pipes having been capped. Our airing cupboard is now firmly his baby - we won't be having anyone else touch it! I would absolutely recommend him.

The work involved removing our old oil boiler and replacing with a gas boiler. Yunus came round exactly on time, did a great job on replacing 3 taps and installing a new radiator. One of the wastes gave a bit of trouble but Yunus stuck at it and got it sorted properly. Thoroughly recommended!!

We called Yunus out at fairly short notice when the valve to fill our toilet cistern stopped working just prior to selling our house. He identified the problem very quickly (gummed up with limescale) and did a good bit of detective work on the internet to find a replacement valve at a very reasonable price. His service was very prompt and polite, and I can thoroughly recommend him.

We called on a Thursday afternoon and he said he would come late on Friday afternoon, and not only did he turn up but was early! I was very impressed as I have heard so many stories from friends of plumbers not turning up. Yunis quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. After my boiler stopped working I called YT and Yunus came round straight away, he diagnosed the problem straight away and said he could get the part required for the next day (as it was Sunday) and told me the total cost which I agreed with. The next day Yunus arrived in good time and fixed the boiler, I got a pleasant surprise when he told me that he had been able to service the faulty part which is not able to do usually so my bill was reduced substantially. I found Yunus to be a very knowledgeable and competent engineer and would recommend him to anyone.

Yunus serviced our boiler and repaired a faulty pop-up sink plug and toilet flush mechanism. He returned later on and corrected a fault that was not of his making and for which he did not charge. Prompt, efficient, skilled and reliable.
