Which? Trusted Traders is delighted to announce the newest member of our Approved Service scheme.
Independent Network was formed in 1996 by traders using VEKA’s products who wanted to show customers that they were committed to providing quality craftsmanship and good service.
Since then, the network has carried out thousands of installations of VEKA’s double-glazed windows and doors, backed by the company’s 10-year guarantee.
Installers who want to join the network already have to demonstrate that they offer high levels of professionalism, value for money, customer satisfaction and expert advice.
Independent Network wanted to add to these checks with an endorsement from Which? Trusted Traders, to further demonstrate their commitment to putting customers at the heart of what they do.
The network has now passed our assessment process, checking it complies with the Which? Trusted Traders Code of Conduct, and that all business processes and procedures meet regulations.
Celebrating the endorsement, Karen Lund, head of partner programmes at VEKA UK Group, said: 'We at Independent Network are thrilled to be part of Which Trusted Traders.
‘Independent Network is built on trust, honesty and integrity. Our members uphold all these values and that shows in their commitment to not only using the highest-quality VEKA products but also providing the highest quality customer service.
‘The partnership between Which? Trusted Traders and Independent Network couldn't be more perfect. The customer is at the heart of everything we and Which? Trusted Traders do.
‘We're very excited about the joining of two great brands and very much look forward to both Independent Network and Which? Trusted Traders growing together for years to come.'
Raj Kakar-Clayton, managing director of Which? Trusted Traders, said: ‘We’re delighted to be able to endorse Independent Network and welcome them to our Approved Service Scheme.
‘It’s great news that Which? Trusted Traders can work with Independent Network to provide reassurance to customers who need new windows, doors and conservatories.’
