After 15 years experience within the construction industry, 1st Call 24/7 Ltd was established in 2005, and has since enjoyed continued success and rapid growth, expanding our range of services year after year.

I had tried another plumber who had failed to diagnose why my system was not delivering hot water. 1st Call 24/7 were able to send an engineer immediately and after careful examination, identified an obscure problem with the shower valve and a transfer valve in the system. A quotation was delivered the following day, and the system rectified soon after. The engineers were first class, professional and very courteous. I strongly recommend this company.

1st Call 24-7 Ltd came to give us a quote for re-fitting out bathroom after B&Q fitters (Homefit) had made a terrible job. I cannot speak too highly of the work which was carried out. Oliver worked in a professional, courteous and positive manner throughout and his positive attitude was a tonic. We now love our newly refurbished bathroom.

I have used this company many times. The latest project was a complete bathroom refit. The work was completed on time and within budget. The standard of work is exceptional and great value for money. Of particular note are the tradesmen who do the work. They are a very cheerful, highly skilled and an exceptionally friendly team who do the work efficiently, clearing up after themselves as they go along, and thus ensuring the minimum disruption. I can't praise this company enough. If you want a job doing properly with the minimum of fuss, on time, and at sensible value for money prices, then A1 1st Call is a must give a try.

This organisation can be recommended on a number of counts but first and foremost for us was the ability to listen and communicate. One sensed that there was both a genuine interest in the customer and to undertake often complex work to acceptable standards. Our new bathroom has been described as 'gorgeous!' The employees at 1st Call are frequently pleasant to engage with and the team as a whole are able to act in an integrated way. In particular there is a willingness to focus on fine details and points of concern and also to follow up on these all of which creates some sense of confidence. One probably pays a touch more for what is on offer but that could be money well spent. Perhaps most of all in our experience is that the staff are accessible on all levels; we would certainly recommend talking to the Director who demonstrates a real grasp of options and solutions.

From the time that Simon came to do the survey to when the Team left, they have completely transformed our bathroom. The Team consisting of Wayne, Lee and Ryan arrived on time, were very polite, tidy and hard working and have used only top quality accessories and fittings. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you want a first class job at very reasonable rates.

Trusted Traders I contacted this company and after a full survey by Simon their director realised that, having had a new boiler installed, my thirty year old Mira 415 shower needed replacing - which is what was carried out within the week. First contact on the desk was polite, efficient and pleasant; the fitter who arrived - Ryan - was on time and utterly professional both in his manner and in executing the installation and removing the old unit. He tidied up after himself and I was thoroughly impressed both with his work and the ethos of the company overall. I have no hesitation in endorsing the work that this company can do. In short a good company to work with.
