Called 1st Call out after accidently putting a nail through a pipe. 1st Call engineer Billy came straight out and sorted the problem within half an hour. 1st Call = 1st Class service.

Our first visit from 1st Call was the week before to remove a large radiator that wasn't required anymore and to check on two other radiators that were not working. The engineer was very friendly, polite and worked very quickly. It was no easy task for him to get to the piping under the floor, but he took it all in his stride. We decided to order a new radiator for one of the rooms and the engineer measured up for this. This was ordered very quickly for us after we were given the price first. Very impressed with the quick, effcient sevice and another very friendly engineer. Will definitely use 1st Call again.

The work was carried out professionally and to schedule. The office staff responded quickly to resolve a small issue, and the heating engineer completed the job to our satisfaction. We experienced a problem with our boiler and the diagnosis suggested that the best option was a new boiler which was fitted in 3 working days time. Also some minor repairs have been carried out promptly and efficiently. We are very grateful for the responsive and reliable service.

I couldn’t speak too highly of this company. Over the last few years we have used them on three occasions and they have been very efficient work was done to a high standard and all aspects of the work went as smoothly as we could have wished.
