I received an email to let me know when the boiler service was due. This is very helpful and was booked in with no fuss. David visited on the 16th of January to service our boiler. He carried out the service and informed us of what he had done before he left. He is always very polite and efficient. He rang to let us know when he was on his way. I would recommend this Company 100%.

Was desperate for a plumber due to every toilet breaking in our new build at Christmas. Contacted 1st Call Gas as they came recommended by my dad. The call handler was very polite and helpfully gave me all the information and potential costs upfront. Kyle was the engineer assigned to attend on Christmas Eve and he turned up with a phone call beforehand to let me know he was arriving. Excellent service by Kyle who communicated exactly what needed doing, how long it would take and the costs. Kyle resolved a potential nightmare at Christmas with little fuss. 1st Call Gas come highly recommended and I’ll be using them again! Thanks again Kyle!

1st Call Gas completed some work at the company headquarters. They were a delight to deal with throughout with communication being particularly good. They were able to complete all necessary forms and provide the RAMS details as requested, and this was no issue for them at all. The work has only just been completed, but appears to be to a very good standard and the plumber sent to do the work was very affable and diligent. Overall they have been great to deal with and extremely professional. I would certainly recommend and we will absolutely be working with them in the future.

The 1st Call team arrived on time and installed the boiler efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable, clearing up perfectly afterwards. Excellent value for money and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new boiler.

Great service from David. Original service date was altered due to pressure of work which was no problem. David arrived early and I was contacted whilst he proceeded with the work. I recently went with 1st Call Gas Services Limited for a boiler service and quoting for new radiators, having been unhappy with the company who did my previous services. A friend recommended them after having had new radiators installed by 1st Call. I had my boiler serviced by Kile who did a thorough job, far more than the previous company, and was very friendly and communicative, particularly when it came to discussing options for new radiators to get my rather cold house a bit more tolerable in the cold of winter. After accepting the quote Kile came back and spent a very long day fitting the new radiators. There was a supplier issue which put him back, time-wise - as well as a few particular demands regarding a more challenging fitting than planned. In the end he was here until 8.30pm and didn't once complain or try and take short cuts. The job was done properly, to my satisfaction, and he cleaned up after himself. A massive thanks to Kile and the folks at 1st Gas - my house now heats up so much quicker and is far more cosy than it's been since i moved in.

Once again the engineer arrived on time. Carried out the work quickly, cleanly, courteously and, as far as I am aware, thoroughly and efficiently, as he did on his previous visit. Quality work. And we would like to commend Mr. Cameron.

Rang first to let me know he way on his way. Arrived at arranged time. Wore protectors on his shoes. Service was completed in about 20 minutes. No mess at all.

We have had a problem with our boiler for several months. Having previously had two different plumbers out to it they could not diagnose the problem. 1st Call Gas were recommended to us and came out. They immediately knew what our issue was and fitted a new part. Our boiler is now working perfectly and we felt the charge was very reasonable.

I’ve struggled to find any engineers that deal with Dimplex . 1st call came out as arranged , Richard was helpful offering advice on the best solution for the property . A date and time were planned for installation, the engineer arrived at the exact time and installation took a day. There was no mess or any inconvenience. I did struggle with programming and after an email, Richard came straight out and explained how to change the program setting. I never leave reviews but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service

We mounted a new radiator ourselves and needed someone to plumb it in, including chasing the pipe around the room below the skirting board level. After enquiring, they visited to provide a quote within a couple of days, and then after accepting the job, they were flexible about when we wanted the work carried out. The work carried out was done super tidy, we were really impressed with how the engineer carried out the work throughout the day. Would definitely recommend, and will be coming back for any and all future plumbing needs.

I use 1st Call Gas Services every year to service my boiler and they are excellent. From my initial call to arrange their visit to receiving my receipt and technical documents everything is straightforward. It couldn’t be simpler. The guys are all polite and professional and make sure that I’m happy with everything before they leave. I wouldn’t dream of using any other company.

Came at agreed time , knowledgable and thorough when appraising my system . Was friendly, professional and tidy. Installed a new radiator - made a lovely job even though the radiator I bought wasn't the right width for the existing pipework. Also resolved long standing issues with isolator valves which had been fixed ( but not fixed ) already. Reasonable bill for good work . So happy that everything works . I am a new customer and I will be booking my next service with you. Thank you.

My heating programmer wasn’t working and 1st Call Gas came to replace it a couple of days after I reported the problem. The engineer brought 2 programmers and gave me advice as to the best one. It was fitted quickly and he set it for me.

Very able in that they found the source of the leak speedily. Gave advice but asked my opinion on way to manage it. Went to a local plumbing supply agency to get the parts needed. Included me again in the decision making by sending me photos from the shop. Fitted new taps efficiently Left everywhere clean and tidy.

Originally fitted the boiler a year ago and returned to service the boiler. They are very pleasant and efficient and left no mess. The engineer explained everything well. I would wholeheartdly recommend this company to supply and fit a boiler

I had a first year service check on my boiler. This took approximately 15 minutes to complete, and l was made aware of the service cost prior to booking the job. The service engineer was named Jordan, he was a very pleasant, respectful and friendly young man. He explained what the service consisted of, completed the record book and advised me what my following annual service will involve and gave an approximate cost.
