Called 1st Call Gas at 2pm on a Friday for boiler breakdown. They got an engineer out within 2 hours and my boiler required a part. The engineer left, picked up the part and had my heating back on by 5pm. Very good service. Thank you.

I was let down by another heating company and had been without heating or hot water for a week. I rang 1st call on 1/11/2018. They came out on the 2/11/2018 and my boiler was fitted on 05/11/2018. They were courteous, professional and worked all day removing and replacing. As I'd just moved to this property it was all very traumatic to say the least. I will certainly recommend to anyone. They are absolutely fabulous!

I had a company last week tell me I needed a new system up to £4,000. so I called this company and the young lad came in and done service and was amazing. This saved me from buying a whole new boiler system cant thank them enough. He was extremely polite and just got on with his job.

Had a new boiler fitted which from visiting to quote, to install was only one week. The service engineers, were quite young and very courteous. The house was left clean and tidy afterwards. The senior engineer was great and recommended a boiler suitable, taking into account, budget, requirements and so forth. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Old boiler replaced with a new boiler. Engineers arrived at 8:00am as arranged and completed the job in the day, finishing at 6:00pm. Very competitive quote, boiler sited where we asked. Clean & tidy job no mess, all old boiler pieces taken away. This was not a straight forward job as the flue is through the roof and we are on the second floor, Even the pipes in the loft space were neat, tidy and secure.

1st Call have carried out several repairs for the project I work for. We provide semi supported accommodation for vulnerable young women some with children. This company has a very long family history of being in the heating industry. I have been fortunate to have used them to install and commission quite a number of new boilers, carry out repairs on old boilers, carry out regular maintenance and issue gas safety certificates. They are up to date with all current legislation and take their well-earnt reputation seriously. I highly recommend them because the family has? a lifetime of experience and knowledge passed down through the years. They always arrive on time, on the correct day and have never let me down over the years I have been a customer.
