Have enjoyed the recent heatwave in my newly re- roofed conservatory, which previously would have been impossible. The work was performed to a high standard, workers turned up on time and worked until the job was done. Tidied up daily too. Had a couple of snags, from the window supplier side, which was dealt with well by 2H2C. I was always kept up to date when replacements would arrive and when the work would be completed. Highly recommended team.

From the start, Caroline arranged for Oleg to call. Oleg arrived on time and carried out his assessment. He was very professional. Following the agreement on prices the date for work was agreed upon. On the day, the weather was foul, but all the materials were delivered on time and stored ready for the next day. All the time, I was kept up to date every step of the way. The following day, as agreed 8.00 on the dot, Vasyl and his team of 3 men arrived. They all worked so well together and were mesmerizing to watch. By the end of the day, we were weatherproofed. The following day, again, prompted at 8.00 am, and as obviously they were a bit behind due to the weather, 2 teams of men arrived. The finished work is something else, a joy to see. We are at present enjoying the hottest week of the year, and the room is, for the first time we are able to sit in it. I believe the opposite will be true in winter.

I have to say from start to finish the company we're superb. Fantastic workers on the ground to support staff keeping you updated at every step. Nothing was ever an issue for them and I appreciated that attitude. Special mention to Sophie who kept me updated throughout even when.i was out the country. The quality is great and we have got back a usable dining chill out room. It so quiet compared to before and you can feel the difference in temperature. Too many members of staff to mention but all were great. Thank you so much and I 100% recommend the company, dont hesitate just go for it you won't regret it.

Our 20-year-old conservatory was exhibiting several problems and we were given 2Hot2Cold’s details by Paul Higgins at Tapco Tiles. Oleg and Alana talked us through the LEKA roof system they used and how they would instal it. We were impressed - and especially encouraged to see a cross section of a LEKA roof with a significant level of insulation – and by the fact that 2Hot2Cold are a Which recommended company, a member of the Consumer Protection Association, would deal with Building Control regulations for us and offered an insurance-backed guarantee - so we signed up. The whole operation worked like clockwork, with all the staff clearly expert at their particular part of the process. Allowing for two days for the internal plastering to dry out, the work started on a Thursday and was finished by the following Friday lunchtime so just over a week overall. The opening between the conservatory and the kitchen was taped up so we weren’t inconvenienced as the work progressed and at the end of each day everything was tidied up and taken away. All in all, an excellent piece of work to such a high standard that frankly, we haven’t experienced before – so we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Caroline and Sophie in the office were also a pleasure to deal with. The new roof has been in place for just over a month and we are already finding the “new room” more comfortable which is encouraging as we move into the summer months.

2Hot2Cold are an excellent company from Oleg who did the survey with no pressure, to those the office, who arranged all the different dates for different stages of work. From the Roofers,Plaster,&Painters. All their work is outstanding. So far during this hot weather (2025) our conservatory is a lot more cooler and usable. So we say 👍 to 2Hot2Cold.

We have recently had the conservatory and flat roof redone by 2hot2 cold. What a superb job they have done, from the first visit to discuss what was possible to the various guys that have completed the job everything has been of the highest quality, both in terms of communication, paperwork and more than anything the extremely high standard of workmanship displayed each day. The guys were always polite, quiet and had such a wonderful work ethic, we have nothing but praise for them all. Not to forget that the office staff have been very pleasant and efficient too. All in all an excellent job has been carried out and even ahead of the expected start date( good weather was necessary for this work) We would definitely recommend this company for any work you might need done.

Our Leka conservatory roof was installed by Oleg and his team. This company goes beyond expectations to deliver. Any teething problems quickly resolved. Prompt, clean, calm, professional workers who know their trade. Magical to watch their expertise. Sophie and Caroline on admin are always available to explain and work very hard between team and customer. I recommend them without reservation. Quotation price was not exceeded.

I cannot fault this company. From the first contact to the last they have been perfect. Polite, punctual, tidy, skilled, helpful, accommodating - genuinely I couldn’t have wished for more. We decided to choose a Leka roof and it has surpassed our expectations, in the latest cold weather the room feels warm and part of the house whereas before the work we would’ve shut it off from the house to keep out the cold! Also, I had feared a big loss of light but it’s not a problem at all. I am delighted and certainly recommend this company.

It's a shame there aren't (in my experience) many companies out there that provide such a professional and excellent end-to-end service. From initial point of contact through to survey, provision of quotation & design, customer service, job scheduling, installation, & the final fit & finish, 2Hot2Cold have been outstanding. To say my wife & I are pleased & thrilled with the end product would be an understatement. We would have absolutely no hesitation or reservation in recommending Oleg & his team at 2Hot2Cold - with a special call out for the excellent job by Vlad the painter & decorator! Our old glass conservatory has now been converted into a year round 'Garden Room' - we certainly think it will never be a case of being a space that is either "Too Hot" or "Too Cold" to use all the time!
