Bristol Van Removals recently helped us make a local house move. In our married life we have moved over 10 times, including international moves, so I flatter myself that I know what it’s all about. Dave was friendly and efficient and had a quote back to me very quickly, and it was very competitive. I was delighted that not only were they a Which trusted supplier, but also great value for money. His team were all people who had worked for or with him for a good period of time, and they were courteous, cheerful and very helpful, even though the day was long. They packed for us on day 1 and moved us on day 2. I’d highly recommend them, whether for a man and a van or for a full move. They stand out as exceptional in a world where great customer service is not often truly given.

Have now used this company 3 times. Every time they have been reliable, cheerful, fast and hard working. My latest move involved putting everything into a storage unit. When I first saw the size.of the unit, I didn’t think in a million years everything would fit in, but the guys were very creative with using the space and managed to get everything in. They are always happy to help with dismantling or building beds etc, nothing too much trouble for them. Wouldn’t use anyone else

We found this company on Which and got in touch with Dave who came promptly to price quite a complicated move. The quote was very competitive and the team who carried out the move were exemplary. Their attention to detail and the care they took of our items was very much appreciated. They work well as a team and nothing was too much trouble. Bristol Removals moved me from Bristol to Frome. Dave who runs the business came to look at the job himself which was great as it gave me a chance to ask questions. He then sent me a very reasonable quote. The chaps that came to move me were very efficient and handled my belongings with professionalism and care. The two Daves lead a brilliant team of energetic, tremendously helpful and friendly movers. All of them seem to love their work and to share an amazing capacity to work, practically non-stop, till the job is finished to the customer's complete satisfaction. You need to be ready when they arrive: they move FAST so precious pictures and books and fragile furniture need to be carefully identified so that they know to take special care with them. We have lots of fragile items - especially china and delicate glassware. Nothing at all was broken in transit. Communication both before and after the move is exemplary too - with questions speedily and clearly answered. It's very clear to see why these are on the Trusted Traders list. If we move again, we'll make sure to contact Dave and Dave.

As a which trusted trader myself, I was very impressed with Bristol Van Removals reviews and decided to give them a call. From the original quotation (which was very fair) through to the day of removal, Dave and his team were very professional and accommodating. I had to cancel our appointment the night before due to being admitted to hospital for an urgent op - Dave very kindly rescheduled to a date that was convenient for us. This also meant the destinations of some of the items had to change, which was no trouble at all. Nick and Will were very polite, extra careful and kept us informed along the way. Overall a great experience from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in recommending to others. Well done guys.

It was a pleasure to be moved by Dave and Dave and the team. Friendly, nothing too much trouble, no quibbling, very flexible (we changed some plans at the last minute), willing to hold a booking before we had exchanged, worked very hard and moved a lot of stuff very efficiently, nothing broken in process. Really couldn't suggest any improvements to this service - oh and quote was cheapest of competition. You stuff is in safe hands with this outfit.

BVR recently moved me from St George to Brockworth, Gloucestershire and it was the most painless move I've ever done. The two guys who moved me, Craig and Dan, were absolutely superb. Really polite, helpful and hard working. You never quite know what you'll get when you book a service like this for the first time, but I have to say they were fantastic. I wanted to say how fabulous your removal guys were, from the initial moment they introduced themselves they brought an air of calmness and capability to the whole process and just moved everything out and back into the new house in such a way that I didn’t need to think about anything. When they arrived I was initially so wound up about the whole process as there was only me and three dogs so I had a lot to thing about but they seemed to lift all that worry off me and made it such a wonderful and pleasurable experience I couldn’t have been happier. Fast, friendly and efficient. The guys were punctual, worked very quickly but with care for the furniture. They were communicative with us and each other. Their packing skills were exceptional. We didn't move far but we had a great deal of stuff, and Dave and his Team were brilliant. They were on time, friendly, helpful and didn't even complain about the weight of our bed! Used the company for the first time for a removal from a flat in London to two different addresses in Bristol. The 2 guys who came were very friendly, polite, prompt and efficient. Very happy with the service we received when moving from a flat in Bristol to a house in Portishead. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. They arrived on time and the whole process went really smoothly, taking only two hours from start to finish. They were very fast and efficient, but also very careful with our stuff. The move went well mostly. They did a survey before the day and we had a good impression from them and believed that it should only require 1 van. We also booked the packing service who also confirmed the survey findings of only 1 van needed. On moving day 2 people turned up who were different again and they were skeptical about whether everything would fit. It almost all fit, but we did have to take lots in our own cars and we did have to leave a couple of less important items in Bristol. The guys who did the removals were absolutely fantastic and very hardworking. They started at 7am and they finished unpacking in our 6th floor flat in Brighton about 7pm and then they went on to rebuild my bed which was in lots of pieces. Van sizing aside, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.
