I had my Sunamp installed yesterday. This is the second time that I have used North West Heating Solutions as I had electric thermostat controlled radiators installed in 2019. The process from start to finish was very clear with no pressure and no selling tactics. Gary came to do the survey and he was very polite and professional. On the day of the Sunamp, the guys, Mike, Nathan and Luke were here at the time I was informed that they should arrive. I got an excellent and fabulous service from all three guys. They went above and beyond. The guys were very friendly, highly efficient and professional. Mike showed me how the Sunamp works and what to do if I get a leak. They were all very clean and tidy. I highly recommend North West Heating Solutions.

From the moment we contacted the company to installation we have been dealt with courteously and professionally. We placed our order in August and we’re made fully aware of both the products benefits and also the timescale before fitting. For us, this wasn’t an issue although grateful by the time December came as the hallway was getting rather cold by then. It’s done exactly what we wanted it to do and the twenty five year guarantee is a benefit we don’t expect to need but reflects on the product. Any company offering such a Guarantee today fully backed and transferable (subject to written agreement) offers peace of mind. The fitters were prompt and worked to agreed specifications and tidied up afterwards. We are looking to potentially fit another Elkatherm heater in the near future after additional works we are having carried out are completed.

The work involved a pre-work survey, supply and fit boiler, cap gas supply and make good exterior brickwork. They carried out the survey and advised on the correctly sized appliance - did not try to "sell" us a larger one that we wouldn't have needed. They rang us on the day to keep us informed of when they would arrive, attended on time, fitted the boiler and made good the brickwork and wall where the old balanced flue had been. Really neat job which was above and beyond because, after all, they aren't bricklayers. They took great care of our carpets, fitted the boiler, cleaned up afterwards and took time to explain everything during and after the job. They attended afterwards to fit a water softener. He had to install a socket and, because of the layout of the house, had to take the wiring right back to the meter, nightmare! But he didn't complain, said it was "all part of the job" and cheerfully completed this mammoth task, again taking care of our carpets and cleaning up afterwards. As always, in the run-up to the work, they were available to answer a myriad of questions that we had. When we had our heaters fitted we knew we would return to North West Heating Solutions for our boiler and it was the correct decision. Would definitely recommend.

We had a Sunamp water heating system and five radiators fitted. The work was completed to a very high standard. The initial survey was conducted very thoroughly and all my questions were answered. When the engineers arrived they were extremely professional with their work, very polite and knowledgeable and they explained how to use the systems after installation. All in all a very pleasant experience and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody wanting to update their heating and hot water systems.

We had old storage and electrical heaters removed and replaced with Elkatherm electric radiators. We also had our boiler removed and replaced with a new Sunamp hot water heater. The company thoroughly surveyed our apartment and gave excellent advice on the products which would meet our needs. The old heaters were removed neatly and carefully. The company kept us up to date on progress on our order. The new system was also installed neatly and carefully. The engineers clearly explained how it all worked. The new system is much more controllable and we are very pleased with its appearance. We are very happy that we had this work done.

The fitting team were very considerate of my aunt's needs (90 years young) and consequently the installation and removal of the former storage radiators was done without undue disruption. The team were very polite and considerate.

We had a Sunamp water heater installed to replace an ageing immersion heater. Also we had an electric radiator in the kitchen. The whole process went without a hitch. The old equipment was removed and taken away and everywhere was left in a very clean condition. The whole team from the engineer to the electrician are true professionals and very courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring electric heating.

Wish all companies treated their clients this way. Garry took the time to explain everything without us feeling pressurised. Steve and Liam fitted the whole system in an afternoon, kept us informed re. ETA, explained how to use app and left the place clean and tidy. Emily and Gayle are always on the end of the phone and always very helpful. Minor snag was quickly rectified. All this, in the middle of a pandemic. Having an outdated one pipe central heating system which has for years failed to adequately heat the rooms at the end of the circuit, we decided this year to replace four of the existing radiators with electric radiators. Now we have not only the option of warmth but the ability to easily control the location of that warmth. From removal of the existing radiators to the installation of the electric radiators, the work was carried out efficiently and with minimal disruption and everyone involved was pleasant and always ready to explain what needed to be done. And thanks also to Emily in the office for all her help. As to the radiators themselves, we are pleased with both appearance and function and I am hoping we can replace more radiators before too long.

The initial survey for the complete removal of our oil-fired central heating system and installation of an electric heating system and Sunamp Water Heater along with appropriate recommendations for our home and the quote for the complete work was carried out quickly and efficiently. The next visit was for an electrical survey, which took about two hours where the work to be done was explained to us very clearly. The old heating system was later completely removed and the Sunamp Water Heater installed which was all completed in one day. The new system was installed at a later date and was completed and working in two days. The operation of the system was explained before they left. At every stage of the work, we were kept well informed of progress any problems encountered were quickly resolved and dealt with. Every company employee involved was helpful, cheerful, and considerate at each stage of the work and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with everything. We feel confident that we can contact them at any time if we have any queries or problems. Our home was left clean and tidy as the work was in progress and we are very pleased with the way the whole work was completed.

I chose this company from the internet, influenced largely by their Which recommended status and the fact that they were reasonably local. I wanted new electric radiators in five rooms and a heated towel rail. The company procedure was first class throughout. The information given at the preliminary visit was clear and informative allowing me to decide exactly what I needed. Communication was good and I was kept up to date with how the order was proceeding as well as checking that I was satisfied after completion. The work was carried out most efficiently. Old heaters were removed and there was absolutely no mess as they cleared up. The work wasn't easy as the property is on the third floor and there isn't a lift but despite the huge amount of stair work everything was done in a cheerful and pleasant manner. As an elderly person I particularly appreciated the time and care the workmen took to ensure I was familiar with the programming of the radiators, rather than just leaving me with the information. I am delighted with my new radiators.

This was the 3rd major job I have used this company for and they are excellent. Their pre and post sales customer services is 5* and the products are of the highest quality. All the staff who have come to install have always been really friendly and helpful as well as extremely professional.

Replaced aging gas boiler and central heating radiators with Sunamp hot water heater and Elkatherm radiators. This required gas/elec/plumbing plus bricklaying to fill in hole from old boiler vent. Friendly and very competent service. Removing old and fitting new went entirely to schedule, even with a couple of extra jobs thrown in. Now 6 months later, and equipment has (so far!) worked fine.

The office staff were very helpful, I initially contacted them for advice and information about replacing the water heater. After receiving an information pack there was a follow up visit by a friendly installer who answered all the questions I had. I selected a suitable replacement which was delivered, installed and operational on the same day by an efficient and professional team of two. On completion all items replaced and any rubbish generated was removed. From onset to completion I would fully reccommend northwest heating solutions to any one seeking to have similar work done.

I called North West Heating solutions about replacing my expensive and polluting Liquid Petroleum Gas system. Everything was clearly explained to me and I was impressed by both the apparent quality of the product and the explanation given by David, the company's CEO. A team of plumbers arrived to remove the old water circulation system closely followed by a team of electricians to install the new one. The plumbers removed the LPG system and then the electricians replaced the old radiators with new ones. Everything was kept very clean and the installation proceeded without a hitch. However, one of the towel rails that I had fitted was faulty and so a week later two of the original electricians' team returned to replace that and check that all was well with the rest of the system. I rate both their original work and their aftersales service as top drawer.

I requested information on a new boiler asking for the various options and costings. All the information was posted promptly and when I requested a visited from the company for further information a member of staff called and gave me all the information on the options available, there was no hard sell or pressure and I eventually ordered a new boiler. It arrived and was fitted to my complete satisfaction. The work was done efficiently and with no mess. My old boiler was removed. All this was done in the one day. I found the office staff very helpful whenever I contacted them for advice or information.

We recently had new heaters installed by Northwest Heating solutions. The service has been exemplary from the start. Robert and Liam were excellent engineers. They were friendly and polite. The heaters are working well and are aesthetically more pleasing than the old storage heaters. We highly recommend this company.

Can't fault this company. Received a competitive quote to replace storage heaters and also install a new hot water system. Regular updates throughout the process. Every member of their team was polite and knowledgeable. A great job done. A couple of months on and we're delighted with the new radiators and hot water system.

From the moment I requested an NWHS brochure to now having a warm apartment, the whole experience has been old school premium customer service. David came to do the free service, and as we have a very large area to heat, it was not straight forward but he spent as long as we needed explaining every detail. As we had no heating he even rushed through our order. NWHS engineers were extremely professional & knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend anyone looking for a top of the range heating solution to choose NWHS & I will be using them for two more of my properties.

Had a Sunamp unit installed to replace old hot water tank. From the initial visit from Ian the work was carried out in a professional manner. The plumber George and Ian made as little mess as possible and did an excellent job. We now have hot water at the turn of a tap 24 hours far better than the overnight storage that we needed to boast during the day. With this we use less electric.

Can't thank North West heating enough rang on the of chance as we had been terribly let down by a main uk installer of an electric hot water system. Rang them to see if they could help us David came out the next day and managed to fit us in really quickly as we had no hot water. Every one from Emily in the office to the guys who came out on the day were absolutely fantastic very professional and left every where spotless. Can not recommend them enough. 5 stars from start to finish. Thank you.
