Can't fault the service I received with North West Heating Solutions. There was a slight fault with one of the heaters after installation, but this was quickly resolved. Fitted radiators in lounge & kitchen both with no mess. Sale was not pushy just informative. Then Covid 19 lockdown but company easy to contact & helpful. Every person I spoke to was cheerful & helpful. Would recommend them without any hesitation.

Unlike other companies right from the start things were conducted in a professional manner. No "Special Prices" or "Managers Discounts" if we signed there and then. They gave us time to consider their quote and once we had accepted the quotation which was very competitive, everything proceeded as agreed. We were kept informed of the progress of the order and they agreed a date convenient to us for fitting As we live in Retirement Apartments when the work was carried out Steve came with full PPE and the fitting of the radiators was done very quickly with little mess. As its summer we cannot comment on the efficiency of the radiators but have confidence that they will prove to be all that the company claims. We were given quick start instructions as well as the full manual and there is also a "YouTube video" to help us programme them as well A very positive experience.

After considering carefully concluded that NW Heating offered the most practical and cost effective upgrade for the heating in this rental property. The house was surveyed in one day and the work completed in one day, (less than) with minimum disruption or mess. The tenant is delighted with the result.

From my initial call to enquire about upgrading our dated storage heaters I was impressed. We did get 3 quotes but what stood out was the customer service, no hard sell, they offer a great product for a good price A smooth fitting process and training for the controls, we used the app which is great. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone if you need help We are very happy with our choice.

Excellent service. I was kept informed while waiting for the heaters to be installed. I had to wait three months for the heaters but it was well worth the wait. We contacted northwest heating due to old night storage heaters not working ,David was only to pleased to offer his advice on what we needed with a free survey. We found the company contact was helpful,the two installers Steve and mark were helpful and very efficient at what they installed.All old units are removed and everything left neat and tidy ,when finished we were shown how to set the rads up.There is also an online guide to view,just in case you get stuck setting things up,and they will help over the phone if req.The coloured rads take a while to arrive as they are colour coded to your spec,and you won't be disappointed with the finish.All in all a very reliable company to approach,from start to finish.

I had 2 old storage heaters replaced recently. Doing this did cost me more than I had anticipated and with it being the summer, it's too soon to tell how efficient these new heaters will be. However, they look great, thermostatic controls, easy to use control panel and programming etc. I have no doubts that these heaters will give me more control to provide heat when I want it instead of the old heaters making heat overnight for 7 hours then giving out throughout the day. Difficult to make efficient use of the old system to provide heat for the next day. So I look forward to the winter, and feeling the difference with these new heaters - hopefully with a more comfortable heat and with cheaper bills! The service given was top notch from the start. Emily was great, friendly, and helpful. David visited to size the project and give me a quote. He was quite the gentleman and professional. I knew I was in good hands with these guys. The boys on the day did a perfect job, cleaned up after themselves, very professional and nice to talk to. Thanks to you all for your service!

We had 7 radiators installed. The process was clean, quiet and painless. We found the guys who came to put them in to be prompt, friendly and efficient. They were keen to show us the settings and how to use them. The whole package is pretty pricey, but we hope that the combination of cheaper electricity and the long guarantee will be good value for money in the long term. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had my new heating system installed yesterday. These were to replace outdated storage heaters in the living and kitchen area and panel radiators in the 2 bedrooms. From start to finish, the process was very professional from the moment David came to my apartment, to ordering, to speaking to Emily if needed to the installment. The guys who fitted the heating system were very professional but also very funny. They explained everything to me and then showed me how to use the app which was set up there and then. It only took the guys a couple of hours to install. I was given an information booklet for the app if I have any problems. I would highly recommend North West Heating Solutions to anyone to replace there heating system.

From the initial enquiry through to completion of the work, I was very impressed with the customer care and professionalism shown by everyone at the firm. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was carried out to a high standard. The heaters are easy to use and cost efficient. They have made a big difference to how warm the house is. Very pleased with the work done when I had my storage heaters removed and replaced with modern, efficient electric radiators. From having a survey done to them being installed, everything went smoothly. I am not exactly local to this business but they went out of their way to do this work for me. Installers worked quickly and they were very pleasant and friendly and left everywhere tidy and clean. I needed an instruction sheet for the immersion timer that they installed and when i 'phoned the office I was told it would go in the post that day. I received it early next morning! Would recommend these people without hesitation.

From enquiry through to installation, the company could not be nicer to deal with. Very efficient installation and cleaned up after themselves really well. Led me through the instructions with the offer of help over the telephone in the future if required. Not tried the heaters yet as it's still summer, but I expect them to be effective.
