Contacted ABW Heating as the heating wasn't working a few days before Christmas. They initially advised they would be able to come out the following day, but then phoned me back that afternoon to say they could come that day. Identified the fault and had the required part on the van, so got the heating working straight away. Excellent service, and great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

The job was replacement of our gas boiler. The quotation was comprehensive and clear. The engineer arrived on time each day and carried out the job quickly, efficiently and skilfully. He was neat and tidy. He ensured that we were without heating for the minimum possible time. When a small leak developed in the towel rail pipework the following week he returned promptly to fix the problem. I would recommend this firm to anybody requiring a heating engineer.

We had our central heating re-plumbed and new radiators filled. The engineer turned up at time agreed. He was very neat and tidy and minimising disruption to all rooms and suggested ways to minimise seeing the pipework in some places. Very polite and helpful. The whole job was done efficiently and quickly. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company.

Our boiler broke down on 23 December. I phoned at 4PM was asked diagnostic questions. I was promised a call back and this happened within 15 minutes offering a call at 8AM the following day. The engineer turned up on time diagnosed an airlock and fixed it swiftly without fuss. The charge given the time of year was entirely reasonable.
