I was looking for a plumber to replace the bathroom at my flat (which is a second home). As I don't know anyone in London, I didn't have the benefit of recommendations by word of mouth, and so turned to the Which? Trusted Traders website. I contacted Tony for a quote which was very reasonable. Tony completed stripped the old bathroom and arranged for a skip to take all the rubbish away. Then Tony completely re-tiled the bathroom, fitting and plumbing in a new bathroom suite (bath, basic and toilet) along with an electric towel rail and electric shower. Tony also finished the floor with plywood ready for me to lay lino later. The standard of the completed job was excellent. The workmanship was perfect. Plus I didn't need to 'supervise' Tony and immediately realised that I could trust him to do the job from start to finish. At the end of the job, everything was clean and there was no rubbish left. I thoroughly recommend Tony and would have no hesitation to use him again.

Attended to four problems, one external and three internal. Accurate and competent work and equally, important, it was a pleasure having Tony in the house and he did not complain as I peered over his shoulder!

Tony came and quoted on replacing a bath and making good repairs to the tiles and bath panel. Price he quoted was good considering there was no telling how damaged the bathroom tiling might get. Tony held off a month or two whilst I sorted out my financial situation and when he came he did a great job and cleaned up nicely.

I recommend Tony without reservation. Not only is he a very friendly, pleasant guy, but also he is completely knowledgeable and professional. He is an expert plumber and very fair. Because I had a problem and was very short of time, he really pushed the boat out to help me, and as far as I can see went way beyond what I'm sure many others would. Tony really cares about what he does, and it shows.

He was professional, explained things well, made decisions with consideration for my preferences, and was careful to create the minimum amount of mess possible throughout. Reasonable estimate and emailed in advance with a clear outline of the work I could expect to be done. I will be recommending Tony to friends.
