Here at A.N Checker LTD we have been installing and maintaining gas central heating systems for 50 years, and are proud to be a which trusted trader.

Having been in business since 1968 we have built a reputation of being reliable and trustworthy, carrying out various types of central heating systems and gas/electric fire installations.

We also design and install full bathroom suites,wet rooms and also can add an en suite to your bedroom/s

We have a large showroom which you can view online with google, displaying a wide range of gas and electric fires together with marble and wooden surrounds, to suit most needs.

Our service department are on hand to care for all types of gas boilers and systems, from a one off repair to annual servicing and yearly warranty cover.

We had a new radiator fitted by this company. The engineer arrived promptly at the time I was told. I was very impressed with the excellent work and professional/polite attitude of the engineer. Would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

I had my old gas fired Central heating system which included zone valves upgraded to a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler with TRVs. This included the removal of all tanks in the loft plus modifying the under floor pipe work. I would recommend A.N Checker to do a first class Installation. We had heating engineer Andy a long serving employee. Overall a first class job of replacing the boiler and upgrading the heating system. We would have no hesitation in recommending A N Checker for all central heating requirements.

I have been a customer for many years. The work this time was done smoothly and with no mess. The engineer was pleasant and worked hard, without numerous breaks and phone calls. The cost is reasonable and I would recommend the company. I will continue to use their services.

I called A N Checker because I had no hot water. They sent a guy the same afternoon. He was polite, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and replaced the 2 way valve and time clock. On discovering that the time clock wasn’t actually a problem, he took the new one back off and replaced the original. How honest is that?!? He also managed to sort a wiring problem which I was unaware of, for 16 years!, that has prevented me having hot water without the heating on low.
