Here at A.N Checker LTD we have been installing and maintaining gas central heating systems for 50 years, and are proud to be a which trusted trader.
Having been in business since 1968 we have built a reputation of being reliable and trustworthy, carrying out various types of central heating systems and gas/electric fire installations.
We also design and install full bathroom suites,wet rooms and also can add an en suite to your bedroom/s

The work to replace the boiler and radiators was completed on schedule and budget. The workmanship was first class, the fitter was most helpful and answered all the questions I asked him. Cleared up at the end of each day and no mess was left behind when the job was completed.

Gas back-boiler with integral gas fire and hot and cold water tanks removed. Replaced with Combi condensing boiler. Installation carried out quickly with no mess and with helpful communication as job progressed. Electric fire fitted in lounge to provide focal point with flame-effect. Would happily recommend A.N. The work done by A.N. Checker Ltd was to remove and old gas fire and replace with an electric fire - Dimplex Danville Opti-Myst. The work carried out proved challenging but they managed it, doing a very professional and neat job, I was more than impressed, I would definitely recommend them, first class.

Steve and his team went out of their way to help and support my partner and I in not only finding our desired fire but also providing sound advice throughout the process. The man who came to fit electric fire was very efficient. He worked very hard in removing old gas fire and the even older back boiler behind it. There was no mess at all - all carpets from front door to room covered with dust sheets. All old appliances and packaging taken away which was a great help. This company is most reliable and I would recommend them for any heating work.

A N Checker replaced my old back boiler with a new combi boiler, removing the tanks in the loft and airing cupboard and the old fire. The service and workmanship was excellent. Everything was explained and I was consulted throughout the whole process. Any problems encountered were dealt with efficiently and my house was left very tidy. Although the price was slightly higher than other quotes I received, it was total value for money and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot fault this company. Very detailed and explanatory quote for replacement of oil heated system with gas central heating system. I had my old gas fired Central heating system which included zone valves upgraded to a Worcester Bosch Combi boiler with TRVs. This included the removal of all tanks in the loft plus modifying the under floor pipe work. I would recommend A.N Checker to do a first class Installation. We had heating engineer Andy a long serving employee. Overall a first class job of replacing the boiler and upgrading the heating system. We would have no hesitation in recommending A N Checker for all central heating requirements.
