Great and efficient boiler servicing. Very good phone contact, Andrew also gives plenty of warning if he is going to arrive early or late. He came with an apprentice, and they did a clean and tidy job. I do not hesitate in recommending him.

Andrew of A.R Plumbing installed a Bathroom. Once finished it looked amazing. Reliable tradesman, competent and always on time and kept me up to date throughout the project which he completed in 1 week.

I've used AR Plumbing and Heating on several occasions now. Last time was to service my boiler. Andrew turns up when agreed and gets the job done!

I contacted Andrew after an inspection of my shower room showed the shower pump was incorrectly and dangerously installed and as result seized , leaving me without the facility The previous installer was recommended by another “trade recommender” not Which Andrew responded quickly , replaced and installed a new pump in the correct location and also added a cistern safety switch to prevent insufficient water damage I’m very satisfied with work and now engaging him on another project

I contacted Andrew about a replacing an isolation valve to a toilet and resolving a problem with the existing float valve. Not only was this carried out as requested, with a better float valve installed, but having removed the cistern, Andrew showed me the cistern bolts which I could see needed replacing. Not everyone would have flagged up something that would have required another visit from a plumber down the line. Andrew replaced these and fitted a doughnut washer - for which there was no additional labour charge. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the price charged was fair

I’ve used AR Plumbing and Heating 7 or 8 times over the last few years, on a variety of jobs ranging from boiler servicing, replacement sink/taps/toilet cisterns and fixing a leaking pipe. Most recently, they have just installed a new bathroom suite, including re-tiling/re-decoration and some minor electrical work. I have always found Andrew to be reliable, trustworthy and responsive, producing high quality work at a fair price. He remains my first point of call when it comes to anything plumbing / heating related.

Andrew helped me with a high boiler pressure issue and a leaking toilet - both fixed promptly and at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Andrew arrived when he said he would and completed the job quickly. He checked back with me that everything was ok.

Andrew was great. He identified the boiler that would work best for me, sourced it and fitted it. Communications were swift and clear. He worked around times that were convenient for me and communicated in loads of time the one time plans had to change so it was not an issue. All round I am really pleased with the work.

Andrew services our gas boiler annually, and has done various other jobs for us over the past few years. These have included, changing the odd tap, replacing showers, and installing a new hot water cylinder. He can be relied on to turn up when he says he will, and all the work has been done to a high professional standard. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Andrew and his team updated our downstairs cloakroom with new semi-recessed basin & unit, replaced unsightly radiator with new towel rail radiator, boxed in all the piping, snd then the tiling. All good many thanks to the team - the closkroom now looks great 😊

I've contacted Andrew multiple times over the last year. Initially for a Gas check in a newly purchased house. Then for a leaking kitchen sink And most recently to replace a downstairs toilet. All 3 times he has been great. Arrives at the scheduled time, sorts the job, takes any rubbish with him. It is difficult to find tradesmen to take on smaller jobs, but Andrew has always accepted when asked.

A R Plumbing and Heating replaced our very old boiler. They did a great job for a reasonable price, including tidying up everything & removing rubbish. We would definitely use them again.

I attempted to contact several plumbers about my leaking hot water cylinder, Andrew was the only one who bothered to reply. Problem was quickly sorted for a reasonable cost. Will definitely use again!

Andrew arrived on time. He replaced a leaking toilet with a new one which we supplied. He worked continuously during the time he was in the house. When he needed to get a part, he said roughly how long he would be gone and was back within that time. On completion of the work he cleaned the area he had worked in and removed any rubbish which he took with him. He was unable to dispose of the old toilet but apologised for that but it was something I was already aware of. Everything was arranged via email and his responses were always quick. I received an invoice for the work and it was at the price agreed plus the cost of the additional part he had to purchase. Original agreed date of work had to be changed as Andrew was let down by a colleague but when I explained difficulties we had getting a tradesman, he rescheduled and came the next day instead. Andrew was polite and did the job we asked him to do. Looking at him giving us a quote for other work as a result of his visit.

Second time using service. Leak started over Christmas, Andrew was with us next day, work done neatly & quickly. Will use again

Andrew and his team did a great job, they were on time and communicated any changes. Andrew helped up us with a range of issues in the house from removing and reinstalling radiators to fixing the shower door. He also went out of his way to try and fix the tap though the tap couldn’t be fixed. We have already arranged for a new tap to be installed by his team. Thank you Andrew and team.

Andrew was recommended by two friends independently, and he certainly lived up to his recommendations. He arrived at the time he said he would. He double-checked what was necessary. He sourced the replacement parts in less than 48 hours. He kept me fully informed at every stage. He sorted my two plumbing problems perfectly. And, his bill was very reasonable.

I email A R Plumbing and Heating and got a response the next morning and and he came the Friday of the same week to service my boiler. He quoted me eighty pounds for the boiler service in his reply, which is the amount he later invoiced. He was friendly and carried out the service while I watched and explain what he was doing. We discussed the installation of a water softener and he assessed replacing my limescale granulation filter with a water softener; existing connections etc. He then did my certificate and went to his next job.

We recently used A R Plumbing and Heating to replace two mixer taps and service the boiler. Andrew responded promptly, emailed a fair price and obtained new taps which he fitted quickly and competently a few days later. He serviced the boiler and provided the Gas Safe documentation. The work was completed to the agreed price. Andrew clearly knows his business and is pleasant and easy to get along with.

Did an excellent job of fixing my leaking radiator. Quick, tidy and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Andrew fitted a water softener for me. He turned up as scheduled and explained everything I needed to know about it. I had bought the water softener previously, which needed an overflow pipe. He arranged the order and returned to fit it. Nice guy, did the work very efficiently with no issues at all.
