We have used Taylor Roofing a couple of times - one for a major job repairing our roof in 2021 and another time to re-roof a balcony which solved our drainage issues. We chose them because of their excellent reputation, borne out by so many 5-star reviews. We also chose them because they are an established local family-based business that have been round for many years. In both instances of using them they provided a highly professional service What I really like about Taylor Roofing is how responsive they are to issues. For our balcony job, our satellite dish needed repositioning after the job. They were round in minutes to sort - all the more impressive because it was a Friday evening. I can't recommend them enough.

3 seperate attempts to seal a leak in a gutter joint. It took almost 6 months in total. Finally the main boss came out in. It was left completed with what looks like black gauze holding it together. 6 months later, it's leaking again. I would not recommend using this company. Very poor workmanship and overall poor quality. I have shown three roofers, who have all laughed!

We are sorry you are not satisfied with our service on this occasion. We were instructed to clean out the front and rear guttering on your property including to re-seal one leaking gutter joint. As the guttering was over 30 years old and in poor condition you were told that this repair was only temporary. This was June 2022. Bearing in mind, we have just had the wettest Autumn on record, 30 year old poorly maintained guttering just cannot cope. I hope you managed to get the guttering replaced.

We had a full re roof that was completed on time and within the agreed price. Adam and Liam who did the work were very hard working and very talented at their work. They were polite and nothing was too much trouble and they were very tidy, polite and a pleasure to have about. I cannot recommend the company and these lads enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylor roofing. Thank you very much for a great job.

The repairs on our old roof have been completed to an excellent standard at a very reasonable price. We'll definitely use Taylor Roofing again when the time comes to replace it. Professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. Absolutely fantastic all round.

Engaged this company to complete repairs to our extension roof following poor workmanship by the builder which led to raining in at various locations including around Velux windows. From initial survey to completion of work we found the service to be exemplary. Work was completed at the beginning of September and following internal re-decoration and several weeks of autumnal wet weather there is no sign of rain penetration. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Arrived early. Excellent workmanship. All rubbish removed and cleaned up after themselves. Given the current situation they observed the social distancing measures. Would recommend.
