We use our own fully employed fitters, ensuring a quality installation, and include a labour warranty on all our work. We also offer a competitive supply only service if you wish - price match available.

Installation fitter was excellent. Poor attendance due to ill health from electrician. A few annoying miscalculations & parts/units ordered holding things up. Bosch oven for the price seems very tacky.

We chose Al Bathrooms & Kitchens because they were a well established Basingstoke company. So pleased we did. Mark (sales) was extremely knowledgeable & helpful he also kept within our budget. Prior to our start date we met with Mark the electrician & our project manager on site, who took us through the whole procedure. He also kept in touch with his men on a daily basis. The tradesmen arrived promptly each day. They were clean neat & tidy offering help & advice when needed. They were all personable guys which made it a pleasure to have them in the house.

Al stripped out all old bathrooms and planned 2 new bathrooms and a cloak room. Installation team very nice to have in the house, very professional and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. the team were extremely helpful and willing to make amendments to the plan.

A1 were very professional & helpful with our kitchen refurbishment. The fitter was professional and very good, his workmanship was excellent. The only downside was the poor communication from the office with regard to the start date. Also the costs were quite high, however product good quality.

Over the years I have had a number of jobs done, including having 2 bathrooms ripped out and replaced in July last year, and in february this year I had my downstairs toilet taken out and replaced. I am very happy with the work done and cannot complain. The service is always accommodating, personable, reliable, and the job is delivered with excellent attention to detail from start to finish. Highly recommend!
