A1 Bespoke provided me with a new rubber flat roof to my garage. The work was undertaken as agreed and to budget. Mike and the team on site were very helpful and responded well to any queries raised. They were very courteous. The quality of the workmanship and the way the site was left in a tidy state afterwards was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to choose A1 Bespoke again, should the need arise. My only negative comment would be a lack of advance notice of the work commencing. It would have been helpful if they had been able to let me know the day before or at least when they were on the way. I raised this with Mike and he explained that he had to make very fast decisions in the morning, having looked at the latest weather forecast and on what job he will attempt to do. Because of this he leaves it as late as possible to decide. I should say I was aware that they were due to start as soon as the weather and progress on other jobs permitted. Having started work I was kept fully informed of progress.

Once again Mike and the team did an excellent job at a fair price. It is the second time we have used the team and would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them. They are highly experienced, competent and efficient. Also nice guys to deal with.

We were looking for a company to fit a dry ridge system on our roof, along with gutters, valleys, fascias and soffits. After some research we found A1 Bespoke. We are so delighted that we did. Mike answered my call straight away. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He visited our property within a couple of days of my initial call to assess the job and then provided us with a very detailed quote. He kept in touch to let us know when the job would be started. The quality of the work is absolutely superb. We are over the moon with the whole job. We were happy to leave the team working on our roof whilst we went away on holiday. Mike, Will and Harry all did an excellent job. They also cleaned and brushed up each day before they left. The existing membrane on the flat roof of my extension was coming away from the wall, and I also had a ridge tile blown off in a storm. A1 Bespoke replaced the ridge tile immediately. I had to wait some time for the flat roof repair, but it was explained on booking that roof repairs were being delayed by the very wet weather. The edge of my flat roof was resealed with rubber. The job looks very neat. The workmen were very friendly and efficient, and explained everything I wanted to know. They cleared up very thoroughly. I would recommend this company unreservedly.

The service has been second to none. The quotation was provided on time in a clear and unambiguous way. They had to find tiles that are no longer manufactured from a reclamation yard which they managed very quickly. They even provided some extra tiles should any future broken tiles would need replacing. The work completed was excellent, the team were friendly and left the area completely free of any rubbish. Great job Mike and Team. Would recommend A1 Bespoke without hesitation.

Had been trying to get this work done since July 2023 but was let down by others either turning up to view the job, then being uncontactable, or not showing up as promised to view the job. Detailed quote from A1 Bespoke, all my questions answered before accepting quote. Bad weather delayed start but the company kept in touch and the work was soon completed when weather eased. Those who carried out the work provided information and explanations of what they had done and on any other findings, like state of television aerial attachments. Clean, tidy workmanship and good old-fashioned customer care.

The service provided by A1 was excellent from start to finish. Mike was quick to respond to our initial inquiry and was thorough in confirming all works we wanted doing. We had one chimney stack removed, another capped and a re-roof of our outrigger. We had previously had water leakage through all these routes and haven’t had a single further issue once finished despite heavy rain - a testament to their great work! The team are friendly, courteous, clean and keep you updated in a timely fashion. The finish on all works is excellent. Highly recommend!

Found A1 via Trusted Traders and having had trouble in even getting quotes Mike gave a very prompt and transparent estimate. Due to demand on A1's work at the time there was a bit of delay before starting but I was kept up to date on timelines. Work was undertaken very quickly and professionaly with information about the roof ridge and gutter work given during progression. The intial quote was adhered to and whilst it was only completed yesterday I am very happy with the outcomes.
