In Summer 2017, Mike's Team cut my garage down to a shed and built a green roof on it. The green roof has been very successful. Unfortunately this summer it became evident that the exterior grade plywood used to finish the outsides was not right for the job, it was delaminating in several places. I asked Mike to help with this. He responded immediately, discussed replacement cladding materials, and sent someone to do the job the next week. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently and looks good. The original work was done well, the fault with materials was corrected immediately it was brought to Mike's attention and there was no charge. One could not ask for better service.

The porch roof had several cracked tiles and water was dripping into the interior. Mike gave me 2 quotes for the repair fully explaining the issues and describing the work needed. As the property is rented and I could not get there to see for myself, Mike sent photos of the problems to me. I was extremely happy with the price quoted for the work I opted for. Mike did the work when he said he would and, with the Christmas period, did not rush to invoice me which was nice of him. I found him really pleasant, fair and professional and would thoroughly recommend him and use his company again for any future issues.

Mike and his team delivered a first class service in repairing my property's roof and guttering. They went above and beyond what was required, repairing some underlying issues that enabled the agreed repairs to be effectively. They had to battle the elements but still finished to the agreed timescales. Mike was a pleasure to deal with, whether in person or over email. He explained what was required clearly, walking me through this beforehand and showing me the finished job when complete. Mike understood that I was remote from the property so he was also happy to deal with the scaffolders for me, which was a great help. Prompt attendance by director for quote, with fully explained options and ramifications, including building regulations, scaffolding and skips. Job commenced as projected. Staff courteous, cheerful and re-assuring , numbering 2-4. Work proceeded well, despite weather, the Team were efficient, skilful, adaptable, and apparently, rain-proof. And all they require is an occasional brew! The job was completed in good time, allowing for a few wet days, with the stripped roof areas efficiently protected when necessary. Cleaning up was done daily and on conclusion, by the lads. Excellent work, first class finish and within the quote (no extras as all features explained and priced at the outset).

Mike and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old flat roof over my garage. Fair price and very efficient, would definitely recommend A1 Bespoke. There was a minor problem which I spotted a couple of days later and Mike had someone round within 2 hours and sorted it there and then, that's customer service.

We contacted a number of firms to repair 2 leaks on our guttering. A1 Bespoke Ltd were the first to respond. Mr Hall came round promptly, and we were impressed with his professionalism and expertise. In addition, their quote for the work compared favourably to others received.

Mike replaced a corner piece on the guttering to stop a bad leak discovered during recent torrential rain. I called him in the morning and he came the same afternoon and as it was a relatively small job completed it on the spot. I was particularly impressed that he said to wait and check that the repair worked before he sent me the invoice. It did , withstanding further spells of very heavy rain. Would definitely use this company again.

Found A1 Bespoke when searching trusted traders for a suitable builder to board out my loft, install a ladder and a light. Initially I was suspicious of the number of 5 star ratings. However after speaking with Mike regarding the job, he arrived at the agreed time and date. Fully explained the proposed works and an option to relocate the loft hatch to improve access. A price indication was given and promptly followed up with an accurate written quotation. A time and date for the commencement of the work was agreed.When work commenced we were fully informed on the progress of each stage of the work. To conclude the finish and quality of the boarded out loft including the installation of a folding wooden loft ladder is superb. The five star ratings are true and well justified. I would highly recommend Mike and the guys at A1 Bespoke Ltd. You may have to wait as we are now asking Mike to advise and quote for replacing my garage and kitchen roofs.

Just needed a quick repair after high winds had dislodged the felt covering. After discussing my options, Mike re-seated, then stapled the felt back in place and sealed where necessary there & then. Suppose it's not a big job in the scheme of things, but it really helped me out especially as rain was on the way! Both Mike (and his workmate Steve) were professional, kind and courteous. I would have no hesitation about using this company again, whatever the size of job.
