We asked A1 Roofing to look at re-roofing our pitched extension roof that had been leaking intermittently for a number of years. After an inspection they offered two options. Attempt to fix where they believed the leak to be or reroof the entire area that included two elbows and working around a velux. We opted for a reroof and they didn't disappoint. Excellent service and workmanship. We're very pleased and have already recommended them to a neighbour.

I asked A1 to quote for repairs to my guttering. Mike was very responsive, helpful and thorough, looking at different options to keep the cost down. His final quote was very competitive. The work was done on the day we had agreed and there have been no leaks since. Very friendly workmen, and all in all a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Mike came promptly to have a look at the leaking garage roof. Explained in detail the work that was needed and then sent me a quote in a couple of days. As he was very busy, the work was undertaken a couple of weeks later, but was completed professionally. Overall excellent service courteous and knowledgeable. Fully recommended.

We found Mike and his team to be reliable, professional, trustworthy and accommodating. They were very clean and tidy and did an extra clean after the plasterer had been. Communication was great, and whilst there were some unforeseen delays to the job due to Mike being let down by 3rd party workmen, we were always kept up to date. Mike was quick to communicate whenever there was any confusion and was always happy to rectify work if it wasn't how we had expected. Very pleased overall and would highly recommend A1 Bespoke.

We have used A1 Bespoke to board our loft and also to refurbish the front of an Apex roof. Both jobs were carried out to a high standard and we are really pleased with both. Mike came out to price the work and received quotes within a couple of days - James and Will who carried out the work were very efficient, polite and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending A1 Bespoke and will be using them again in the future.

Having used A1Bespoke about three years ago I was pleased that Mike remembered me and the work when I approached the firm to re-roof my porch this summer. Mike provided a quote within a few days of asking and we agreed to proceed. Communication was good as was timekeeping, as for the quality of the work once again i found attention to detail and care was spot on. Any mess made during the work was cleared up and the site was left clean and tidy. Really pleased with the work and even though it's a small job it was nice to see that A1Bespoke were happy to take it on.
