Prompt attendance by director for quote, with fully explained options and ramifications, including building regulations, scaffolding and skips. Job commenced as projected. Staff courteous, cheerful and re-assuring , numbering 2-4. Work proceeded well, despite weather, the Team were efficient, skilful, adaptable, and apparently, rain-proof. And all they require is an occasional brew! The job was completed in good time, allowing for a few wet days, with the stripped roof areas efficiently protected when necessary. Cleaning up was done daily and on conclusion, by the lads. Excellent work, first class finish and within the quote (no extras as all features explained and priced at the outset).

Mike and his crew did an excellent job replacing an old flat roof over my garage. Fair price and very efficient, would definitely recommend A1 Bespoke. There was a minor problem which I spotted a couple of days later and Mike had someone round within 2 hours and sorted it there and then, that's customer service.

Mike replaced a corner piece on the guttering to stop a bad leak discovered during recent torrential rain. I called him in the morning and he came the same afternoon and as it was a relatively small job completed it on the spot. I was particularly impressed that he said to wait and check that the repair worked before he sent me the invoice. It did , withstanding further spells of very heavy rain. Would definitely use this company again.

Found A1 Bespoke when searching trusted traders for a suitable builder to board out my loft, install a ladder and a light. Initially I was suspicious of the number of 5 star ratings. However after speaking with Mike regarding the job, he arrived at the agreed time and date. Fully explained the proposed works and an option to relocate the loft hatch to improve access. A price indication was given and promptly followed up with an accurate written quotation. A time and date for the commencement of the work was agreed.When work commenced we were fully informed on the progress of each stage of the work. To conclude the finish and quality of the boarded out loft including the installation of a folding wooden loft ladder is superb. The five star ratings are true and well justified. I would highly recommend Mike and the guys at A1 Bespoke Ltd. You may have to wait as we are now asking Mike to advise and quote for replacing my garage and kitchen roofs.

Just needed a quick repair after high winds had dislodged the felt covering. After discussing my options, Mike re-seated, then stapled the felt back in place and sealed where necessary there & then. Suppose it's not a big job in the scheme of things, but it really helped me out especially as rain was on the way! Both Mike (and his workmate Steve) were professional, kind and courteous. I would have no hesitation about using this company again, whatever the size of job.

I had an outdoor boiler shed re-roofed and the boiler pipes boxed in. The roof was of rubber construction with upvc edges. The boxing was also made of upvc. Mike was recommended by my son. He came on time to give me a quote and told me the best way that the job could be done. The quote was very reasonable and I did not get any others. He came on the day we agreed and the whole job was carried out very professionally and to a very high standard. Mike and his crew were very friendly and were always happy to explain what they were doing. I am delighted with the result and would certainly recommend A1 to anyone.

A friendly and professional service throughout. Mike came and quoted a price quickly. A1 Bespoke weren't the cheapest but we were impressed by Mike's attitude and that he was able to fit the roofing around other work we were having done. After starting on the agreed Monday there was then a week of solid rain and though we realised there was no chance of continuing the work James still came round on the Friday to reassure us we hadn't been forgotten. James and Will resumed work the following Monday. They were friendly, courteous, hard working and if it wasn't for the new roofing (and some noise during the process) there was no evidence that they'd been here.

Mike came out to do a quote very quickly. He was by far the most professional tradesman that came to see the job; providing information leaflets about the materials he would be using. He talked me through the various options for insulation, fascia etc and did a couple of different quotes. His colleagues, who came to carry out the work, were also professional and friendly. They completed the work on time and to a high standard. We would definitely use A1 Bespoke again.

We employed A1 to reroof the flat roof of our extension. Michael responded very quickly to my initial approach and quickly came to quote. The compresed the re-roofing of a bag window on a Victorian house. The work was done on time, with no fuss and no mess. The work when completed was neat. The workman were polite and friendly. There was an item of extra work, which was put to us an option, but we agreed to the extra work (i.e. replacing a rainwater pipe) as it looked neater. We would have this contractor work for us again.

We asked A1 Roofing to look at re-roofing our pitched extension roof that had been leaking intermittently for a number of years. After an inspection they offered two options. Attempt to fix where they believed the leak to be or reroof the entire area that included two elbows and working around a velux. We opted for a reroof and they didn't disappoint. Excellent service and workmanship. We're very pleased and have already recommended them to a neighbour.

I asked A1 to quote for repairs to my guttering. Mike was very responsive, helpful and thorough, looking at different options to keep the cost down. His final quote was very competitive.
