ABCO came recommended and have to say what a brilliant job John and Martin did, added to which they were nice guys too! Thankfully the weather was kind but they arrived early each day (2+) and cracked on for almost 12 hours each day, only needing a couple of hours on the third day to make good some minor elements. 2 x5 piece bays plus 2 smaller flat windows, triple glazed and the end result is a really neat good looking finish. John came beforehand to discuss the project and went through meticulously the job required with no hard sell but made some good constructive comments we hadn't considered and we have to say how pleased we are with the end result, so we are more than happy to recommend their work. Their work aside, the product too is first glass and being Fensa registered was a very comforting factor in choosing ABCO. Highly recommend.

I guess the title says it all. The first time (another house) we did a good look around, and chose them, second less so, third time did little further research as so happy with previous work. We used Abco a few years ago for the supply and installation of new windows and doors for our entire house. We were very impressed with this family run business and their people at the time, so decided to use them again to have our front door moved and another window installed for an extension that we built. Again, Abco delivered fantastic work - on time, on budget. Their team are courteous, well organised and tidy. Thoroughly recommended!!

John came initially to price and talk about the windows to be replaced and as I have used him before on the first batch to be done, I had no hesitation in inviting him to finish the rest. John’s knowledge and advice made the whole task of choosing styles and frames a pleasure. John and Martin have a great experience each and were careful and respectful in their work. They treated the job as if it were their own windows. After two long days they cleaned up after selves them so well. We got on very well and had teas and a snack together. I had an exposed air brick where water was getting in and although not their normal line of work, Martin fitted a cowl for me that should fix my damp problem which I was very grateful for. Being a small firm you get a personal feel and don’t deal with multiple people who may vary in their skills. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone else.

We had a total of 4 people/companies quote for the work that needed to be done and ABCO (John) was by far the most knowledgeable and professional. Although slightly more expensive than other companies John put us at ease with how thorough, detailed and the time he spent talking through everything with us. John was extremely personable and we instantly warmed to him. From the moment John and Martin started work - they continued nonstop each day to get the work done. They worked tidily and cleaned up after themselves. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows, doors and not to mention the workmanship. Our windows have absolutely made a world of difference to our house. It’s warmer and we can’t hear the traffic! You can tell they’ve worked together for years because they did so effortlessly. We would not hesitate to recommend ABCO and use them ourselves in the future.

This is the second time we have used John and his team and again we are extremely pleased with the result. ABCO replaced the entire house windows, front door and added bi folds. The 2 front bays had extra difficulties that the team over came and did a wonderful job. John, Martin and Ken were respectful, tidy and nothing too much trouble. They are a great team

The director, John, was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed to remove all the rotten timbers from the porch, renew with UPVC and to enclose the porch with a door and side panel and glaze. He and his operative Martin came to undertake the work, which was done cleanly and professionally. They were both very friendly and polite and finished the job to the specification in a day. I am extremely pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending Abco, and will certainly be using them in the future for any window-related works.

I have used ABCO Windows previously in 2003 when they replaced all the windows on my then new house. I can honestly say it was the best work I ever had done at that house and they still looked beautiful when we recently left the house. So 21 years later at my new house I contact John the owner of ABCO Widows and we order a new front door with side panels. Would you believe it the same fitter Martin turned up who fitted my windows 21 years ago !. Obviously the result was First Class and at the best price of two other quotes - Win Win. Absolute delight to work with ABCO are truly outstanding. Highly Recommended.

We are delighted with the quality and speed of the team that replaced our double glazed windows this week with new double glazed windows.. They arrived promptly every day, 4 in all, until the work was done and the finish is outstanding. Thoroughly recommend.

John and his team at ABCO supplied and fitted a new front door for us in 2015. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, after 8 years the door suffered from a manufacturing fault, but John and his team worked hard on our behalf to secure a replacement from the manufacturer under the excellent warranty offered by ABCO. The door has now been replaced and installed by John and we are very pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for a new front door with excellent warranty support.

I am happy with the service from start to finish by Abco. They were always on time and their work was excellent. I was told the team had forty years of experience which counts, very knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. John, was able to help me choose the right type of windows and doors for my property. The prices were competitive plus there was room to negotiate. I recently decorated my bathroom, I was concern that my new tiles would be damaged, I had nothing to be worried about, it was completed removing the windows without damage to a single tile around the window. The work was very well done. They were prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent double glazer.

From my first meeting with John, I knew my windows were in safe hands. I had four or five other quotes but I was most impressed with John’s knowledge and after receiving the competitive quote I quickly decided on ABCO. I had a kitchen window and two bay windows done. John and his fellow workers Ken and Barry were totally professional and friendly. We ordered our door through ABCO and were very reassured by the knowledge and openness of John when discussing our needs. There was a slight hitch from the manufacturer side but John was communicative and made sure that our door got installed as soon as it was available (which ended up being Christmas Eve morning). We’ve used ABCO to replace some windows and a front door, and fit bifolds. John is extremely knowledgeable about windows and doors and has been very polite and helpful throughout. Huge thanks to John and Ken for their hard work installing our two new windows for us. They were in an awkward spot to access, on the first floor but with a roof underneath that made life difficult, and old hardwood frames that were very difficult to remove, but John and Ken found clever solutions and worked incredibly carefully to minimise damage to the walls both internally and externally. You would hardly know there had been work done (apart from the lovely new windows!), they even managed to keep the tiles around the bathroom window intact. John was also always easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily use ABCO again in future.

John was an absolute god-send after I received very poor advice from other companies about fixing my bi-fold doors (I was told to replace them at great cost). John took time to do research on my behalf on the potential door manufacturer (no name on the door) and gave me extremely helpful information regarding information I should’ve received when I purchased my property. John is clearly someone who feels great satisfaction when work is done well. Barry and Ken, who came along to carry out the actual fix on the doors, clearly know their trade very well and we’re an absolute pleasure to deal with. The work was very fairly priced and has been carried out to a high standard, so I would highly recommend their services.

Very pleased with our bi-fold patio doors and 5 windows. John explained everything and the quote was within budget for quality product. John and Ken the fitter took their time, did a very thorough job and left tbe house tidy. There was a short delay on delivery of the door but we were kept informed and they fitted it as soon as it arrived. Will certainly use Abco again to replace remaining windows.

The new windows are excellent and so was the workmanship of the fitters. They worked with great care so that there was no damage to the internal decoration. They arrived on time and worked a full day in spite of some very hot weather. All the fitters were willing and able to explain what they would be doing in a friendly manner. They also got on well with Bonnie, our lab. All of the old windows were cleared; leaving the site perfect. I would thoroughly recommend the company and their product for new windows

We had our new front door installed today, the quality of work was excellent, the quotes provided were very clear and easy to understand The gentlemen that carried out the work were very professional, take pride in their work but also very nice and friendly even asking after my son and his family as they had installed a new front door previously They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and took time showing me how to unlock, lock the door. They also explained about the keys and how to order a new one if needed as cannot go to a locksmith. I was really looking forward to my new door and they did not disappoint it's gorgeous is all I can say and bet my neighbours will be very envious. I would totally recommend this company.

I’ve had a brilliant experience getting four new windows fitted by this company. Firstly, the product looks impeccable and works brilliantly. I love the quality of the windows- they’re PVC sash but look indistinguishable from the original wooden sash windows previously in place, if anything actually better, plus they are now blocking out sound, insulating properly and easy to open and clean. Onto my general experience in using Abco- brilliant. They have been completely reliable at every step, and I’ve felt I could put my complete trust in the company as both a fair trader and to do a brilliant job fitting the windows. The fitters were clean, tidy, used drop sheets and were methodical in tidying up when the job was done. Couldn’t be happier with the new windows, and am so glad I was able to use a company that I could give my full trust.

ABCO replaced our windows and French doors at the back of the house and we were so impressed with the superb level of service received and the quality of the product delivered, that we decided to have the front of the house done by them as well. Again, we were hugely impressed and we would highly recommend ABCO to anyone. John, Barry and Ken are true professionals and on top of that very pleasant to deal with. They won't go home until every little detail is perfect, work hard throughout the day and leave the house dust free every night. Five stars!!
