John and his team at ABCO supplied and fitted a new front door for us in 2015. They were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, after 8 years the door suffered from a manufacturing fault, but John and his team worked hard on our behalf to secure a replacement from the manufacturer under the excellent warranty offered by ABCO. The door has now been replaced and installed by John and we are very pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for a new front door with excellent warranty support.

I am happy with the service from start to finish by Abco. They were always on time and their work was excellent. I was told the team had forty years of experience which counts, very knowledgeable and no pressure to purchase. John, was able to help me choose the right type of windows and doors for my property. The prices were competitive plus there was room to negotiate. I recently decorated my bathroom, I was concern that my new tiles would be damaged, I had nothing to be worried about, it was completed removing the windows without damage to a single tile around the window. The work was very well done. They were prompt in responding to any questions I had. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent double glazer.

From my first meeting with John, I knew my windows were in safe hands. I had four or five other quotes but I was most impressed with John’s knowledge and after receiving the competitive quote I quickly decided on ABCO. I had a kitchen window and two bay windows done. We ordered our door through ABCO and were very reassured by the knowledge and openness of John when discussing our needs. There was a slight hitch from the manufacturer side but John was communicative and made sure that our door got installed as soon as it was available (which ended up being Christmas Eve morning). We’ve used ABCO to replace some windows and a front door, and fit bifolds. John is extremely knowledgeable about windows and doors and has been very polite and helpful throughout. Huge thanks to John and Ken for their hard work installing our two new windows for us. They were in an awkward spot to access, on the first floor but with a roof underneath that made life difficult, and old hardwood frames that were very difficult to remove, but John and Ken found clever solutions and worked incredibly carefully to minimise damage to the walls both internally and externally. You would hardly know there had been work done (apart from the lovely new windows!), they even managed to keep the tiles around the bathroom window intact. John was also always easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. I would happily use ABCO again in future.

This is second time we have used ABCO to replace some windows. Also previously included a stable back door. On both occasions we were very pleased with the service we received. Excellent work, helpful and pleasant. Work done as said it would be, clean and tidy working.

John was an absolute god-send after I received very poor advice from other companies about fixing my bi-fold doors (I was told to replace them at great cost). John took time to do research on my behalf on the potential door manufacturer (no name on the door) and gave me extremely helpful information regarding information I should’ve received when I purchased my property. John is clearly someone who feels great satisfaction when work is done well. Barry and Ken, who came along to carry out the actual fix on the doors, clearly know their trade very well and we’re an absolute pleasure to deal with. The work was very fairly priced and has been carried out to a high standard, so I would highly recommend their services.

Very pleased with our bi-fold patio doors and 5 windows. John explained everything and the quote was within budget for quality product. John and Ken the fitter took their time, did a very thorough job and left tbe house tidy. There was a short delay on delivery of the door but we were kept informed and they fitted it as soon as it arrived. Will certainly use Abco again to replace remaining windows.

The new windows are excellent and so was the workmanship of the fitters. They worked with great care so that there was no damage to the internal decoration. They arrived on time and worked a full day in spite of some very hot weather. All the fitters were willing and able to explain what they would be doing in a friendly manner. They also got on well with Bonnie, our lab. All of the old windows were cleared; leaving the site perfect. I would thoroughly recommend the company and their product for new windows

We had our new front door installed today, the quality of work was excellent, the quotes provided were very clear and easy to understand The gentlemen that carried out the work were very professional, take pride in their work but also very nice and friendly even asking after my son and his family as they had installed a new front door previously They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and took time showing me how to unlock, lock the door. They also explained about the keys and how to order a new one if needed as cannot go to a locksmith. I was really looking forward to my new door and they did not disappoint it's gorgeous is all I can say and bet my neighbours will be very envious. I would totally recommend this company.

I’ve had a brilliant experience getting four new windows fitted by this company. Firstly, the product looks impeccable and works brilliantly. I love the quality of the windows- they’re PVC sash but look indistinguishable from the original wooden sash windows previously in place, if anything actually better, plus they are now blocking out sound, insulating properly and easy to open and clean. Onto my general experience in using Abco- brilliant. They have been completely reliable at every step, and I’ve felt I could put my complete trust in the company as both a fair trader and to do a brilliant job fitting the windows. The fitters were clean, tidy, used drop sheets and were methodical in tidying up when the job was done. Couldn’t be happier with the new windows, and am so glad I was able to use a company that I could give my full trust.

ABCO replaced our windows and French doors at the back of the house and we were so impressed with the superb level of service received and the quality of the product delivered, that we decided to have the front of the house done by them as well. Again, we were hugely impressed and we would highly recommend ABCO to anyone. John, Barry and Ken are true professionals and on top of that very pleasant to deal with. We used ABCO Doors and Windows to replace the rear door to our garage and some window cassettes on our porch. We were very impressed with the service they provided. The products were of very good quality and the workmanship was excellent. We found them to be very reliable and would use them again in the future.

After contacting John at Abco about a potential conservatory he helped us realise and visualise that an orangery was far more appropriate and perfect for the needs of our growing family. As well as help manage the build Abco provided and installed windows, french doors with side panels and fanlights, and a spectacular lantern roof which has created the most fantastic, light and bright new living space in our home. Quality of products and workmanship is high and we are very very pleased. We have already requested a quote for further glazing from them elsewhere in the property.

This is the 3rd time we have used ABCO's services, this time to replace an old wooden casement window. The workmen arrived early morning and quietly got on with the job which was completed by early afternoon. We are very pleased with the result. The company principal conducted the site inspection and all subsequent correspondence himself. He was patient, practical and very helpful. All correspondence was answered promptly and constructively. The installation crew were considerate, produced a very tidy job and did all the work on time with no fuss. The price appeared to be a fair market rate. Deciding factor was not price but the air of competence and the confidence generated by the site visit. That confidence was backed up by good delivery.

John and his team did a great job fitting 4 doors (including french doors) and 5 windows all in the 'alternative to timber range' to an old 1930s property we were moving into. This was all fitted to an excellent standard and a tight deadline (due to a little one on the way). No sign now to qualify for an option. Just plain and simple conversation. The quotation came through and they were very competitive. They were very clear and easy to understand. No hidden extras. Exactly what we asked for and as discussed. We did change some of the specifications that we wanted and they were very accommodating. They arrange a fitting date a little last minute but this is so that they do not let you down if a job runs over. They only arrange the date when they know they will definitely be free. The fitters were very polite and very tidy. There were a few hiccups, which they actually pointed out to us and dealt dealt with them with no fuss or problem. We were so happy with the result that we actually got them to do more work. All work on time. Very pleased with the service and quality. You will not go wrong with this company.

This is the 3rd job that ABCO have done for us which speaks for itself really! We are extending our house and ABCO provided and fitted all the windows and doors for our extension and replaced our original 1930s crittal windows throughout the rest of the house. John is knowledgable, polite and helpful. We were worried about replacing our original windows and whether new windows would look as aesthetically pleasing - John suggested Flush 70 windows in black and white which look amazing and are very sympathetic to the period of our house. The neighbours are already making enquiries! ABCO fitters were friendly, tidy and very professional. All in all a fantastic service from start to finish!

The windows and doors are great quality and make a massive difference compared to our old tired uPVC. After fitting they cleaned up and hoovered. A great company. Prompt and polite survey, door and two windows fitted three weeks later. The fitters were just awesome (an over-used word, but not in this case). After they had gone you would have been hard-pressed to notice they had ever been here. I cannot recommend this company too highly. Great job.
