Highly recommend Ability Plus, made an initial enquiry online. Received a call from Ben who was more than willing to accommodate meeting me at my mum’s house early evening in respect of a curved stair lift. I felt sure I would use this company given the price and the 3 years warranty. Asked Ben if he could carry out the survey to save another trip should I decide to go ahead, which he kindly agreed to do. Placed the order the next day. The hospital was keen to discharge mum early (before the stair lift was due in). I called Ben and he came up with a solution. So accommodating and genuinely helpful and caring, came when he said he would, and kept me informed throughout. Can’t praise Ben and this company enough. Certainly went the extra mile, service like this is rare these days. If you live in Kent, and you need a stair lift I would highly recommend you give this company a call.

Excellent after sales service and support. Ben’s company sold me a pre-used stairlift but after a year of service a couple of faults developed. Recognising that the stairlift was very important for my wife they quickly installed a new one that is now working fine. Very impressive customer relations. I would certainly use them again.

I required a stairlift to be fitted for my Dad. From beginning to end this company's service was outstanding. Calls returned as promised, appointments were kept at times specified. Jamie the company representative was courteous and knowledgeable. The stairlift provided was good quality and easy to operate and fitted with minimal fuss. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for the peace of mind this has given me and the pleasure in seeing my Dad regain his independence.

An efficient job . They arrived on time. It was a wet day, and the gentlemen either removed or covered their shoes. Both were friendly and polite and explained clearly the different features of the new equipment . They left the site clean and tidy .
