Contacted Ableworld on behalf of my elderly house bound father whose recliner chair had stopped working. The contact at the shop told me exactly what to expect and logged the call with the engineers saying one to two days. On day two I was contacted by the engineers to say they would call that morning giving me a time slot. Gary the engineer called me soon after to say he was on his way. Gary turned up found the problem and sorted it there and then and all done before lunch. So to summarise very professional from first call to last and a speedy first class job carried out. What's not to like.

The stair-lift was fitted within 24 hours of receiving a quotation. The engineer who did the installation was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His work was incredibly neat and tidy and was completed in good time. He advised us both before making the decision and once the stair-lift was fitted. He understood our needs and was able to recommend the product most suited to us. We are very pleased not only with the service but also with the product which has provided a huge improvement to my husband's mobility. I would recommend Ableworld fully to anyone considering having a stair-lift fitted.

He arrived promptly on the day of installation and worked diligently. Absolutely no rubbish was left behind (no-one would have known there had been a workman in). I am delighted with the stairlift (life is so much easier) but I am even more delighted with the quick, easy and efficient way in which my request was dealt with. Well done Ableworld! A Mr Crosby came to us, I opened the door and left him to it. All I did was make him two drinks when I asked him. When I asked him did he want another drink, he said he was finished. He told me to go up on the chairlift and told me all about what made him stand out. He helped my husband too - he had just come out of hospital. Lovely man.
