The engineer Lee called to assess the job and arrived on time. He gave impartial advice with all options explained including cost. The job was awarded and a time given which was very quick. Lee actioned the job efficiently and effectively. He explained how to use the stairlift and how the warranty worked. The stairlift appears to be high quality and fairly priced. Excellent service all round.

To anyone considering a Stair Lift I would recommend Ableworld without hesitation. They are competitive and thoroughly professional and customer focused. Mark B came to do our survey and quotation He was extremely helpful and explained all our options as an Engineer and not a pushy salesman. We had done some previous research but were impressed so we placed our order next day. Engineer Mark L arrived on the 30th March to install our lift. He was a very knowledgeable person and made sure we were completely satisfied with lift and took time to ensure we knew how to operate lift. Both engineers are a credit to Ableworld and follow the companies customer focused ideals and were a pleasure to deal with and have in our home.

I would heartily recommend Ableworld. Mark carried out the initial survey and gave me the quote, and Mark returned with Scott to fit the stairlift which had to be custom-made to allow for the curve on my staircase. The service on the day was first class, fast and efficient with minimum disruption. The fitting schedule and operating instructions were clearly explained and I am very happy with the end product. Five stars!!

Excellent company from the first telephone enquiry, absolutely no pressure sales which was very refreshing. The engineer came out on the day I first telephoned an enquiry and the stairlift was fitted the next working day. This is exceptional service. I had a recon stairlift fitted by PAUL Ableworld engineer and was very impressed by the speed of his work and the way he carried out the job. He took me through all working parts of the lift and I could not be more pleased with his helpfulness. Leaflets were left with phone numbers in case I needed help but all the info given to me by PAUL was top class, And would like to thank him for the work he carried out. Due to the fact that I have been told I have cancer, it was important for me to have this lift fitted quickly and this was done within a few days at a great price. I have dealt with Ableworld before and would recommend them to family and friends. Once again thank you for delivery on the time and day stated.

Absolutely delighted not only with the Stairlift but the installer and the Head Office Staff at Nantwich . Nothing was too much trouble, any queries were dealt with efficiently. From the date of order to being fitted was less than a week.

Rang on Tue 14th Jun for quote for a stairlift, engineer visited on Wed 15th to measure and leave quote. I called the office in the afternoon of 15th to give the go ahead and the same engineer (Ian) was back in the morning of the 16th to fit the stair lift. Excellent customer relationship skills, ran through all the operational features of the stair lift and left everything clean and tidy. By the way, the office, both local and head office staff were also excellent and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
