This is the third time over 4 years that Andy and his team have done work on our house. They have rewired our home office. They have rewired our whole house. They have installed solar panels, recently upgraded the batteries and fitted a charging point for the electric car. Absolute Electrical are extremely easy to deal with. Andrew the boss, is straightforward and very clear. If he has a better idea than the one you came to him with he will explain alternative options but not put you under pressure to accept his plan. The quoted costs have always been reasonable and work is done quickly to a very high standard. If afterwards there are minor issues, they are put right promptly and at no extra charge. There is no mucking about and Chloe in the office keeps you well informed when people are going to be on site and rapidly gets back to you if you have any queries. My only complaint is once they arrive, they like quite frequent cups of tea! But at least you have to have working electricity to boil the kettle!! Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant, they fitted our new system in the garage c/w batteries and it runs sweet. They returned to complete a safety check, the faults they found were cured, along with fitting a new brain to the system to make our existing solar system run with the new one. Absolutely chuffed with the outcome and the whole team, it was fantastic.

I had my Solar PV installation carried out in January 2023. Since then I've had the system upgraded following a flood in October 2023. I cannot recommend Absolute Electrical highly enough. They've always helped me as has been necessary and ensured that our system is operating properly.

I chose Absolute Electrical Lincoln as this company was the only company that sent the director rather than a sales person who could explain technical issues to me. Andrew visited me twice to explain the installation of additional solar panels and the benefit of a solar storage system ie a battery. Andrew is very knowledgeable, technical, reliable and approachable providing a first class service. The installation took 3 days with Andrew and his 3 guys on site. We were really happy with Absolute Electrical Lincoln. The team installed 4 solar panels on our shed roof. Our case was a bit delayed as we needed to apply for planning permission but there was good communication throughout the process. The team did a great job when we got the permission, they were professional and worked hard to get the job done. We're really pleased with the installation, and also the remedial work we had done to the house at the same time. We haven't got the final invoice yet but the quote was around what we expected for a job like this. They offered some good advice as well - we were really pleased with their honesty and professionalism, when others had been less open with us.

A lengthy and troublesome outside cable at our house was apparently ‘live’ with AC, according to my new pen-style touch-meter. I needed the cable removing so I called AEL and within 48 hours Morgan came by and removed it, cut it down. Very quick, ladder up to roof tiles, very professional. Morgan knew the cable wasn’t live, but I didn’t know and I’m taking no chances. Better to rely on the experts - someone who knows what they are doing; even a small shock or a fall off a ladder could be more than serious for me.

We are really happy with all the work Absolute Electrical Lincoln have undertaken at our home - including their work on our new kitchen and the electrical upgrading/updating projects for our house and garage - since the beginning of 2023. We worked with Absolute Electrical on the design and install of a solar PV system with battery storage for our home. The team were knowledgable and professional, worked to time and cost throughout and communicated well with us during the works. I have also found them responsive and helpful during the period after installation where we have had questions on the systems operation.

Had a PV and battery installation carried out by absolute. Andy and his team were professional and friendly at all times. The complicated roof and awkward insulation needed an in-roof installation. This went extremely well even when snags occurred they were very capable of adjusting to suit. Great effort from the team with long hours, very impressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used Absolute Electrical many times over the last few years, and always find them to be friendly, well-trained, and professional in their manner. This time, I had a bathroom extractor that wasn't working in a rental property. I suspected that the extraction unit was broken, and so the engineer came equipped with a replacement unit. However the replacement unit was not needed as the original extractor was working, but had been disconnected. So it was a simple fix to re-connect it. Many electricians would have installed the new unit to bump up the charges, but not these guys.

Not the biggest of jobs, just isolating half a dozen sockets prior to knocking down an internal wall, but top job done with no fuss or mess and very friendly and courteous.

Andy and his team installed a Solar PV + battery system on our cottage at the end of January 2023. We were very pleased with the work carried out and the timescales. We were well informed throughout, the work was neat and the site left tidy. I had a duff breaker in my consumer unit which because of a back injury and the ridiculous placement of the consumer unit I was unable to replace. As I have previously had Absolute Electricals in to do a job before and knew that I could rely upon them, I called to ask for them to replace the breaker. Morgan and Todd arrived bang on time and succeeded in doing an extremely competent installation of the unserviceable breaker and as the offending breaker had arced into an adjacent, safety in mind, they replaced that too. Morgan also checked the rest of the immersion heater circuit and found a bad connection on the switch, which he rectified. SPOT ON JOB MANY THANX Cannot recommend Absolute Electrical highly enough!

A new pull cord socket was needed in the bathroom. After noticing an Absolute van in the neighbourhood and getting their details up on the computer, we rang on the Monday and the office efficiently rang back later in the day with a time for Wednesday. The lovely young men arrived on time and the job was completed without fuss and most efficiently. We are very satisfied and most impressed. An excellent service. We shall certainly use Absolute again.
