Having had a great experience from Absolute in the past for our patio and fence, we got them back to lay some stepping stones up the garden. They arrived on time, were polite, were meticulous in laying everything straight, cleaned up and took away the rubbish. Couldn't ask for much more.

Peter and Jack from Absolute Gardens came to lift my existing tegula block paved driveway which had been installed some 25 plus years ago. I had the blocks lifted and a new base put down and my exisiting blocks replaced. They put in a new boundary edge to one side of my property which now looks so smart along with the whole driveway. They were punctual every day, neat and tidy and fastidious workers. They worked really hard on my very large driveway and I cannot fault them at all. They are father and son, two really nice guys who were so polite and courteous and very helpful. (They even brought my bins in after the refuse collections). I cannot recommend highly enough. If I need work in the future I will certainly get in touch with the company again.

Absolute Garden built a terrace with planters and trellises at our ground floor flat. The craftsmanship was a high quality, the work completed to time and within budget and nothing was too much trouble for Pete. He consulted us at every step, was always considerate to other residents and was punctual and efficient. An excellent job.

Absolute Gardens recently completed a driveway project for us, and we were completely pleased with the result. We were also massively impressed with the attention to detail. From the outset, Chris’s inspection and quotation were thorough and informative. The timelines he discussed were quite a bit longer than the other quotes we had, but when he went into the details, you could see his process highlighted where other contractors were potentially cutting corners. Chris’s team, especially Dan, were polite, clean, and very respectful at all times. They constantly liaised with us on details of the project and kept us updated with the progress. Overall, the whole project was completed very professionally and to our complete satisfaction.

Jack, Dan and Chris at Absolute Gardens did an absolutely superb job of replacing our old decking with a smart new patio. Highly recommended.

Absolute have transformed our garden. They were a pleasure to work with, Chris visiting twice initially to discuss design options and quote, and the subsequent work onsite mainly done by Peter and Charlie. We had eight weeks of work overall, including new fences, retaining walls, two patio areas, a new path, a pergola and a new lawn, and the overall standard of finish is very high. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

We had to large planters built from sleepers which had been attacked by wood wasps and contacted Absolute gardens to get them removed and replaced with Brickwork, and also built two low walls around separate borders. Peter and Charlie carried out the work of dismantling the planters, pile the soil in the garden, then carrying all their tools, equipment mixers etc through the garage & kitchen and were very careful not to do any damage in the process as it is quite a restricted access. They arrived on time every day, they worked hard, were polite and tidy, cleaning up any mud etc on the route through the house and were always willing to discuss their progress with us which meant we ended up with exactly what we had wanted. Based on this experience we would thoroughly recommend and would certainly use again if needed.

Dan & Charlie carried out extensive work in replacing an old fence. They worked extremely hard as there was a lot of groundcover to clear before commencing as well as digging new post holes all along. We and our neighbour are delighted with the outcome and the fence is far more robust than the old one and will last many years.

The team at Absolute Gardens were just fantastic. As a first phase of my garden renovation I had a supporting wall constructed around a raised bed. Chris did the initial consultation and was really helpful. Pete and Blake, who made the wall, were absolutely lovely! They were extremely communicative in when they would be around and what they were doing. The job was done brilliantly and quickly and they both went above and beyond with extra help. Chris came around to advise on phase 2 of my garden renovation and was so helpful with thoughts and suggestions, taking the time to explain the "why's and how's". I might have to wait a bit for the work to be done but in my opinion it's definitely well worth it! Overall just a fantastic experience with a wonderful end result.

Created a new blocked driveway with brick work to two new beds. Original design had to be changed slightly with full and open communication between both parties. Work was completed ahead of schedule with minor budget changes. The finished work is excellent with a very professional service from all the workers and the company's owner.

This is the third set of steps we have commissioned from Absolute Gardens. As usual the workmanship is excellent. The project was completed on time and to estimate. The guys were friendly and professional.

We have recently used Absolute for a second project as we were so pleased with the work they did for us last year. This time they have built a smaller patio at the bottom of the garden - a perfect "sundowner spot" to match the larger patio they built last year. They also created a small wildlife pond and finally a gravel garden area to match in with our existing front drive after renovation works. The new works blend in perfectly with the old house as we had hoped. Pete, Charlie, Blake and Dan all did an excellent job each playing to their individual skills. A real team! We would heartily recommend Absolute for any landscaping projects.

The team at Absolute did a fantastic job landscaping both our front and back gardens. They were incredibly efficient, hard-working, and dependable. They kept us informed at every stage of the project and were very patient and adaptable when we requested changes to the original project scope. Pete and his team were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. It was a pleasure working with them. I would certainly use Absolute for any future projects and have no qualms recommending them.

We had the team from Absolute Fencing come and remove an old chain link fence and hedge. Then install a new fence. We also had them take up and relay the area of slate paving we have in front of the main entrance and it now much more solid and looks nice as well. They did a really good job the fence looks really good. They removed all the rubbish and where able to accommodate getting the skip moved when a neighbour needed it to be moved for a delivery. Would recommend to others to use them.

Absolute Gardens fitted a balustrade and also a new fence for me. The balustrade was extremely tricky with many unexpected issues as I had sourced the balustrade independently but they went out of their way to make it work, to the extent of speaking directly to the company from whom I had sourced to confirm the best method of attaching it, and I am delighted with the end result. Everyone who was involved in the project was always extremely polite, friendly and helpful; for example understanding the importance of keeping the back gate shut as we have a young puppy. They arrived promptly daily, worked really hard throughout some difficult weather - with plummeting temperatures and then heavy rain to deal with. They communicated with me throughout so I knew what was happening at all times, which I really appreciated. Overall a very positive experience. I have already recommended them to others and propose to use them again in the near future.

The team at Absolute Gardens are great! Everyone is professional and they did a fantastic job completely transforming my driveway. They were great all the way from consulting me about the desired finish through the work itself and making sure all the details I wanted were carried out correctly. This is the second time we have used Absolute Gardens. On removal of a shed we discovered that part of our old 6 foot, rear garden wall was cracked and liable to fall into our neighbour's garden. Within two weeks, as the wall was dangerous, Absolute Gardens were able to take down the wall and recover most of the old bricks for re-use. The demolition, new footings including lintels over huge tree roots (so as not to damage a large tree on the boundary) and the new double thickness wall with pillars was constructed - brilliant! The workforce are efficient, polite and always tidy. A pleasure to have on site. Nothing is too much trouble, even a repair to our adjoining neighbour's fence to complete the job.

The Absolute Gardens team have undertaken work at both my home and business, in some cases rectifying shoddy work done by other builders, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Landscaping, fencing, paving, planting - they can do it all! Chris and his team are hardworking, dedicated and helpful. Absolute Gardens put in a new patio, steps and retaining wall for us. Chris and the guys started by giving us good advice on what to do, materials, colours etc to fit in well with the rest of the house and when it came to do the job they were very professional, clean and tidy and worked very hard. A big thank you to Chris and his team… they’ve done a fantastic job in just one day when 3 other gardeners didn’t want to take the job on! Cutting in new borders and installing Everedge in our rear garden was always going to be a bit tricky with hidden tree roots and random bits of aggregate hiding below the surface in places. However the guys did a great job in double quick time with all waste removed and no mess left behind! Will be sure to recommend them to any friends and family for future works. Thanks again!!

Absolute Gardens replaced a 2m by18m garden retaining wall in my steeply terraced gardens. This was a substantial project which was completed on schedule and on budget. Despite the challenging access, the team worked tirelessly and the result is a significant improvement to my garden. Chris and his team (Jack, Adam, Matt and Pete) were punctual, polite and skilled. I am happy to recommend Absolute Gardens.
