I had a quotation for £20,000 worth of garden work, for which I paid £1600 deposit to "book it in," which they then delayed for months. Due to the delay, I had other commitments, so I had to postpone the work; however, they refused to refund the "booking fee." I feel this was short-sighted and does not make me feel inclined to use them now. So beware of the booking charge, everyone!

Absolute Gardens replaced an 11m fence with concrete foundations and grade 5 wooden slates to ensure it lasts a long time. Chris was able to slot my job in quickly so I was lucky to get it done quicker than expected, and they stuck to my budget. Chris is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, as are his employees, who work incredibly hard to very high standards. I can highly recommend this company.

From initial meeting with Chris who quoted for our big garden and front drive project with his recommendations on the design and specifications to Pete, Adrian, Jack doing the work over 8 weeks it has been an absolute pleasure to have the guys here. They arrive early every morning and work really hard all day. Nothing was too much trouble. We had small changes during the project and they could not of been more helpful and professional. They tidy up every day and really helped with access for our two dogs. We had top quality fencing around the bottom of the garden They built a custom made pergola with really chunky timber. We had gravel laid in the area, turfing to the lawn where required. We had a beautiful path laid and a complete patio and side passage paved with retaining walls and steps. Bases laid for 2 sheds. In the front drive they fenced both sides laid a gravel driveway new front steps to our front door and it looks amazing. There was a huge amount of prep work needed an old concrete shed removed old fencing removed. Every thing was removed from site, the delivery's of materials were always on time. It has actually transformed our property and I cannot praise them enough. What a fantastic job done. Well done guys. I would 100% recommend this company if you want a really professional job done. Some neighbours have already contacted them for work and im not supprised. Excellent result.

I've recently had my garden landscaped by Absolute Gardens and couldn't be happier with the results. From initial consultation with Chris around design and what I was looking for with the project, to Dan and Conor working tirelessly to get the work done, the guys were always professional and punctual, as well as being very friendly and courteous. Our outdoor space has really been transformed and I would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Gardens to anyone looking to get similar work done.

The job required close boarded fencing to front and rear gardens. 41 metres to the rear and 11 metres to the front. The removal of an established hornbeam hedge and some repair work on a sandstone patio. All this was achieved in a professional manner despite some appalling weather. Any problems were resolved with helpful discussions. The team came up with several recommendations which were welcomed and carried out. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the end result. We would highly recommend Absolute Gardens and would not hesitate to use them again.

Having had a great experience from Absolute in the past for our patio and fence, we got them back to lay some stepping stones up the garden. They arrived on time, were polite, were meticulous in laying everything straight, cleaned up and took away the rubbish. Couldn't ask for much more.

Peter and Jack from Absolute Gardens came to lift my existing tegula block paved driveway which had been installed some 25 plus years ago. I had the blocks lifted and a new base put down and my exisiting blocks replaced. They put in a new boundary edge to one side of my property which now looks so smart along with the whole driveway. They were punctual every day, neat and tidy and fastidious workers. They worked really hard on my very large driveway and I cannot fault them at all. They are father and son, two really nice guys who were so polite and courteous and very helpful. (They even brought my bins in after the refuse collections). I cannot recommend highly enough. If I need work in the future I will certainly get in touch with the company again.

Absolute Garden built a terrace with planters and trellises at our ground floor flat. The craftsmanship was a high quality, the work completed to time and within budget and nothing was too much trouble for Pete. He consulted us at every step, was always considerate to other residents and was punctual and efficient. An excellent job.

Absolute Gardens recently completed a driveway project for us, and we were completely pleased with the result. We were also massively impressed with the attention to detail. From the outset, Chris’s inspection and quotation were thorough and informative. The timelines he discussed were quite a bit longer than the other quotes we had, but when he went into the details, you could see his process highlighted where other contractors were potentially cutting corners. Chris’s team, especially Dan, were polite, clean, and very respectful at all times. They constantly liaised with us on details of the project and kept us updated with the progress. Overall, the whole project was completed very professionally and to our complete satisfaction.

Jack, Dan and Chris at Absolute Gardens did an absolutely superb job of replacing our old decking with a smart new patio. Highly recommended.
