I can’t rate Chris and his team highly enough. We asked Chris to come and have a look at our garden which we wanted to revamp. We asked Chris to put a raised bed along a fence and to provide plants and trees to make a garden look more established and take on the Mediterranean feel. His team worked tirelessly and actually managed to complete the work very quickly. Chris also came in under budget - something we are really chuffed about! We are going to ask Chris and his team to come back to help us relay our patio in the spring. I would thoroughly recommend Absolute Gardens.

After discussing our plans with Chris we felt happy to go ahead. The work commenced earlier than planned which we were happy with and are now enjoying our much admired new patio area. Most of the work was carried out by Gary who done a fantastic job he was hard working took pride in what he did. Always punctual conscientious and polite. We are happy to recommend Absolute Gardens for there professional approach to the whole project from the start to finish

The work was completed on time and on budget. The staff arrived at 8am each day and worked through inclement weather with the minimum of fuss. Each day they cleared up any mess. They communicated exactly what the plans were and executed the work as planned. I was very impressed and would strongly recommend them.

The work involved laying turf, replacing paving slabs, cleaning our drive, replacing some grass with stones etc. They gave us useful advice on the work we wanted done, including recommendations as to what wasn't really advisable. They were polite, helpful and hardworking. The work was done to a high standard and to schedule and a few little extras were included which we appreciated. One aspect of the work remains to be done when the weather improves.

We would highly recommend Absolute Gardens. They were recommended to us and we weren't disappointed. They built a small patio for a bench and installed some block paving. The garden was left tidy at the end of the job and the guys working on the project were very friendly and hardworking. Really happy with the work and would use this company again.

We have just had our front garden landscaped to make maintenance easier. Chris from Absolute Gardens took our suggestions on board and came up with a look that we are extremely happy with. Dates for the work to be done were agreed at the outset and adhered to. The work itself was done mainly by Dan who was very courteous and ensured the site was kept clean and tidy - difficult given the rain and mud from digging up the lawn. The result has been admired by neighbours and we are delighted with it. Would definitely recommend them

Absolute gardens did a fantastic job redoing our front driveway as well as our back garden. The whole team were polite, punctual and focussed on our job. Chris was willing to suggest new ideas and provide good advice but also listened to our thoughts too. The back garden is now much lower maintenance and we have created a patio to enjoy the evening sun. The job was completed to time and within the budget agreed.

We have used this company before which is why we returned to them for this job! We had quite a big job to be done - two concrete bases - one for a log cabin and one for a greenhouse plus many panels of fencing plus the laying of a large patio. The two guys who did the bulk of the work - Pete and Jack - were probably the best workers ever to do a job for us - always helpful and willing to listen to any ideas we had and so so tidy and polite - most workers we have experienced have left our garden like a dumping ground but at the end of every day Pete and Jack left everything as they found it! The job did take longer than expected due to accessing materials and delays to paving slab delivery but the finished job was worth the wait - the patio has been laid to perfection and we are thrilled with it - the back of our garden has been completely transformed and seems to give the garden the wow factor now!

We would highly recommend this company. Excellent communication throughout the project and the finished two patios and garden path exceeded our expectations. The garden was left tidy at the end of every day and the men working on the project were more than happy to talk us through the current stage and what would be happening next. We had arranged a garden party before the project had ended, so they cleared the area just for this to happen. Really happy with the work and would use this company again.

Chris and the team at Absolute Gardens have been fantastic from the beginning to end of our project. The team are friendly, approachable, hardworking and very tidy, making sure everything is in order before they leave for the day. Our garden renovation was a large project, pretty much starting from scratch and not keeping or salvaging anything. We had an idea what we wanted, discussed it with Chris and the team and they were able to make suggestions and contributed to the finishing product, which we are extremely happy with. During COVID times, it was made clear to us that there have been difficulty sourcing materials, and this could effect when they are able to do the job. Luckily for us, the stone we had picked was able to be delivered by the provider. Either way, we would have been happy to wait as we are thrilled with the result and the team that worked on our property. I would highly recommend Absolute Gardens, the team are skilled workers covering many different areas.

I was very happy I chose Absolute Gardens to do a new patio, steps, and 3 small walls in my garden. The old patio, step risers and walls had to be removed and prepared for the new but was cleared very quickly and prepared well for the next stage. From when the team started the work, you felt in good hands and had people who knew what they were doing. This took the stress and worry away that the money I was spending and the job would be done properly made it so worthwhile. Chris organised all the ordering and deliveries which was great and the team off-loaded the materials. All the team were very good and hardworking. I have to mention Gary too as he did the main work on the patio etc. and was timely, conscientious, hardworking and took pride in his work. Also had some trellis put up and a small amount of planting as an extra and the team fitted this in after the main work had been done soon after. The patio, steps and walls look so much better and the space has been so improved. Happy to recommend...

Chris, Pete and the team have completed a transformation of the rear patio and driveway of our house over a 10 week period through snow, rain, wind and sun. The whole team were charming and a delight to have on site. The work began in May and involved many tons of earth being excavated. We were able to discuss the design as the work progressed and nothing was too much trouble for the team. The attention to detail and the workmanship of the stone and brick work is fabulous. The patio and drive look stunning and the end result has exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Absolute Gardens.

Chris and the team did an excellent job. They all work very hard and have fine attention to detail. They laid down a back patio for me and retaining wall and laid a new drive. The job was completed on-time to a very high standard and on budget. The team are friendly and approachable and nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again.

Initially discussed the project with Chris and agreed on price. Work commenced in January and was completed in March. Chris and his team were very approachable and worked solidly, sometimes in less than favourable weather conditions. We had regular and entirely amicable discussions throughout. The completed work was carried out to a very high standard and has transformed both the front and back of the property using materials sympathetic to a 1930's house.

The team were absolutely outstanding in completing the re-paving of the side of the back garden and creating a concrete base for the new shed. The paving is immaculate, the attention to detail is incredible and the end result is beyond what we expected. Polite, extremely hard working and a pleasure to have around. We will definitely be using Chris and the team for any future jobs we need.

The new patio was well planned and the team arrived as scheduled. The team worked hard and were polite and helpful. The work was carried out in a very skilful manner and produced an excellent and attractive patio which has enhanced the appearance of the garden. A broken down retaining wall was removed and the footings dug in appalling weather conditions. The new wall was built within the time frame and, together with ancillary work, carried out to a high standard. It was well worth the wait (booked in October). The cost was reasonable, and Pete and his team were very hard working, courteous and always had a smile. Chris runs a very good company. I would use them again and fully recommend them.

Great and friendly team. Quality workmanship. Couldn't fault this company and would highly recommend. Replaced decking and old bushes. Cleared all remains and rubbish. No stress or concerns.

Old fence removed and new installed. Several changes of levels accommodated nicely. Solid job done by courteous and hard working staff.

Chose Absolute Gardens because of Chris's vision and understanding of what we were trying to do. And a sensible price. Recognising covid and other challenges we agreed a start date some months after receipt of quote. The removal of the old patio, pond and fencing was a really major job, requiring Chris, Dan, John and Gary to take everything directly through our utility (we have no side access). and bring all the new materials in through the house too. They were incredibly careful, clean and tidy. And then did an absolutely marvelous job of the patio, designed the new pond far better than we could have managed to, and built a lovely new wall between us and our neighbours (who were so pleased with the quality of the wall and the clean and tidy way the team worked that they sent us a thank you present!) The team coped with our change of mind over a couple of things, and the outcome is a fabulous new patio, pond, wall, yard and 'far patio'. Role on the BBQs for next year. The final price was entirely consistent with the quote and our changes of mind, and very reasonable. We are truly delighted. Thank you to Chris and the team.

Discussed the project with Chris back in the summer, Chris giving good ideas for the layout, being on a diagonally sloping site this was quite challenging. The work began in October which was fine as I needed to get rid of a couple of fir trees and move an existing shed. It was Pete and Jack who built the patio, they were very good and kept us informed throughout along with Chris's input. The patio is much better than I imagined and the workmanship top class. I would recommend Chris and his team for any garden construction. Thank you very much.

I need to convert my garden to low maitenance as I find it difficult to get around these days. Chris came round and reccommended what could be done and also redo the front of the house including renewing the steps to the front door. The staff he employs were hard working, helpful and polite working from 8 am until the light failed. They were very quiet even when using a digger and cement mixer. I hardly noticed them but admired their progress at the end of each day. I am more than pleased with the end result. I can strongly reccommend this company.

Chris did a fantastic job building a raised rear patio and totally transforming our front garden and drive. The standard of workmanship was excellent throughout and Chris has assembled a great, friendly team who share his attention to detail. It's clear Chris knows his stuff and was always available to discuss ideas or advise on which materials and plants would work best. It's obvious he's looking to achieve the best possible outcome with stunning results! Honestly, he's the best tradesperson we've ever worked with and thoroughly recommended.

Absolute Gardens built us a new patio recently. The workmanship was first class throughout. They completed it quickly and efficiently without compromising on any quality.
