Nathan and Luke were friendly guys, and they arrived at the time agreed. The work they were carrying out was explained to me clearly, so I understood the process. I had my loft hatch relocated and had loft insulation, boarding fitted on a floating floor, a light fitted, and loft ladders fitted, all done within the scheduled time. I'm very happy with the work that has been done in my loft and would recommend Access4Lofts.

From our initial telephone enquiry, we were treated to a swift service with prompt responses and communications. The work was carried out quickly and to a high standard, sticking precisely to the original quote. Following completion, everything was left clean and tidy. Personally, I would thoroughly recommend.

Had part of my loft boarded out, from attending my home to quote for the job to cleaning up at the end, they performed a professional job, loft looks great and the 2 lads who did the boarding out made sure I understood how to access the ladder. Would highly recommend them

Josh came round and priced the job. It was very competitive quote. He gave a date to do the job. He was on time, professional from the first contact, to doing the job and the invoice. I have no problem at all recommending this company.

Have been meaning to get the loft boarded and replaces the ladder for a while, my daughter had work from this company and spoke highly of the service, so following an acceptable quote I also purchased from them. The initial quoting process was done in my convenience and provided in less than an hour after the visit. The fitters turned up on time as arranged, used dust sheets and left the loft clean and tidy. following the install it turned out that the space was a little smaller than measured (due to the way the crossbeams are in the loft) and without my asking an amended quote was sent for a reduced amount as a result. for some reason I have issue with making payment through my banking app (Chase) and when I contacted them they were able to send me a direct link to make payment, very happy overall and would recommend this company.

Excellent level of customer service throughout. From the initial loft inspection to the re boarding and insulation of the loft space Josh and the attending team worked hard to ensure that the work was done to specification and within the specified time. Dust sheets were laid prior to the work commencing and the area left clean and tidy on completion. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Matt was excellent and carried out the installation of an inspection hatch with great care and attention to detail.
