Anthony was very thorough from the survey to the cutting out of existing loft hatch and replacing the hatch door and surround fitting loft ladder to a very good standard. He worked very clean with no mess after he had finished. Would recommend him to anyone.

Anthony was highly professional from the start, answering emails promptly and organising the job. He was very friendly and courteous all the way through, took pride in his work and completed the job to a very high standard. He cleaned up afterwards and gave a demonstration making sure we were totally happy before he left. Couldn't have asked any more from him, an absolute credit to the company. Anthony was great to deal with and provided a quick (and accurate quote) on the spot based on what we'd chatted about. Had to re-arrange the date of installation but it was all communicated clearly. He did a great job explaining what he'd done and how it worked and made sure everything was clean before he left. Polite and friendly, would 100% recommend Anthony.

The quote we received from Anthony was very reasonable so went ahead with the work. He arrived exactly on time, worked very hard and explained everything he was going to do and showed me how to work the hatch and ladder safely. I cannot fault the service I received. I was left in a bit of a mess whilst buying a house and was ultimately left with no insulation or boarding in my new roof over Christmas. Although the boarding could not be done before I went away on holiday, they made sure to lay insulation down so that my house would have some protection. Everything was laid out in detail prior to any work being down, and that work was executed exactly as described. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you so much!

We were really impressed by the professionalism from the start (when giving the quote) to the end product. Anthony when giving the quote spent the time to go through with us what he would be doing, the size of the loft and showed us photos etc, of what would be happening. He went off and sent a quote for the work, which was affordable and within our budget. Anthony was pleasant and courteous and worked extremely hard, and updated us daily on what was happening and how the work was coming along and anything that he found that we should be aware of. We now have an amazing loft which is easy to access and walk around. We would happily recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking to have their loft boarded etc. as he has done an amazing job for us.
